great location, really conveniently placed by potsdamer platz and mere meters away from a sbahn station rooms were big and comfortable staff were also really helpful during check-in, making us aware immediately about the AC issue and supplying us with fans the hotel is by the main road so does tend to get noisy but it wasnt a deterrent for us!

The stay was not so good , had good experiences in the past with novotel so we went with that but the air conditioning was out of service and we could not sleep well and had to cut down one night which i got credit but would like to get the credit for the whole stay as we suffered due to heat and on a vacation we could not get proper sleep

I stayed here recently and was extremely disappointed. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and worst of all, there were bed bugs, which made the experience horrifying. Management needs to seriously address hygiene and pest control. Another major issue was the lack of functioning air conditioning, even though it was clearly promised when booking. The heat made it difficult to sleep. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they resolve these serious issues.
