10/10 Exceptional

Easy access. Room to park a trailer.

I would stay again.

Manager was slightly difficult to understand.

4/10 Fair

When drove up very sketchy, cops showed up while checking in. Attendant said he would have to check the room before hand to make sure it was ok. Air conditioner blew warm air, now shower curtain and hardly any water comes out of bath tub or sink and no water to flush toilet. No clock or phone to even call front desk.

2/10 Poor

Spend another $25.00 and get a room that is clean. The shower/ tub was so disgusting even my husband wouldn't shower

The hotel is in a good area. The rooms area ok, nothing fancy, best part was the bed. A/C worked pretty good, plenty of parking. Overall pretty good.

Great Value

This is a simple no frills hotel that served its purpose for a weary traveler driving from CA to MN. Price was very reasonable!
Darren, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was great. Nothing special.
Rachel, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Motel is in need of some work but my bed was comfortable, room had a fridge, and air conditioning worked. A few dining options nearby for convenience. Coffee in room or lobby was not available, which was disappointing.

North Dakota weekend trip

I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. I like that they had hard wood floors instead of carpet. The only down part was that the WiFi was down and getting fixed
Denise, 1-night trip

Ok but needs a few updates.

The pillows were lumpy and horrible--worst pillows I have ever used at a hotel. I found a bunch of hairs in my sheets. If you need cheap, this is the place.
Paul, 1-night trip

We ended up moving to another hotel to dirty and smelly

2/10 Poor

Gross

Did not enjoy this stay. The room was hot, the air conditioner took forever to figure out, the shower didn’t even turn on. There was stains on the wash rags and sheets. Absolutely would not recommend.
Mackenzie, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

On the positive the bedding was clean and bed was firm.(with horrible lumpy thin pillows) The air conditioning worked great and the fan had a consistent quiet hum. Otherwise the hotel was very expensive for absolutely no amenities — not even a cup of coffee or an alarm clock. The front desk area and hallways smelled strongly of smoke... a little better in the room. The window did not close completely on our ground level room and looked like there hadn’t been a deep clean in years. Honestly, it was a highly disappointing and disgusting experience.
Tammy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The linens are old, worn out and discolored. They should be replaced. The water leak in the hall needs to be repaired and the standing water dried. WiFi is ok. It is not 100mps as advertised, more like 10 down.
Francis, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

I’ve stayed at the Dickinson Inn multiple times and find it a great value and comfortable stay every time. And I don’t understand some of the brutal ratings. Don’t get me wrong - I like the Hilton as much as the next guy. But for a lower price room that’s clean and not sketchy - this place is great. Hot water. Good water pressure. Friendly front desk people. (They are limited in English fyi) And every tine I stay there some improvement is being made which they’ve been working on. If I had one wish it would be to raise the rates by $2 a night and spend the money on better towels and sheets. That’s my suggestion. Thanks!
Toby, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I have mobility issues, and I couldn’t get ONTO the bed (too high), nor take a shower with its high ledge. I recruited my husband to ‘push’ me back onto bed and then i had to keep maneuvering until I got to the pillow. It wasn’t the most pleasant stay. I liked the darkening shades and the charging outlets. The owners were very considerate, holding open the door to get our few things in. I didn’t catch their names though. Although asked if I wanted a receipt and saying yes, I didn’t receive one. What I was guaranteed to pay for the room better line up with my next VISA bill.
