Slime lives here

Dirty room, cigarette burns in bed spread, toilet seat atrocious, steps to second level trip hazard and broken. Front desk tried to say I had zero reservation and wanted to increase cost by 30$. The state of Indiana needs to inspect this location for safety violations! Hotels .com please remove this location from your list of places to stay in Evansville, Indiana.

Cigarette burn holes in linens along with stains. Cheapest place in area but not worth saving a few bucks. Very dirty stairs are very unsafe to 2nd floor no fridge in room.

our room didn’t have a trash can anywhere and our tv didn’t work. there were super sketchy people in the parking lot in front of our room the whole time we were there. not a bad place if you’re looking for a room last minute like we were, but i definitely don’t recommend

The place is old and not maintained. Dirty, smelly and not attractive in any way. Terrible place. I am surprised it is listed as an option onyour site. I will be more wary in the future.

Poor stay

The room was in terrible shape. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was dirty it had a half of roll of toilet paper. The floor in the room had not been swept. I use to work in housekeeping and whoever supposedly clean that room should be fired.

A hard time at Evansville

First of all the key card didn't open the door. So they used the master card. (Later we found out that they had a tornado come through the area 4 days earlier & they lost electricity). There wasn't any hot water in the sink. The tv had no useable remote. ( Batteries were corroded). We made the best of it, we just needed a bed for the night. And the shower had hot water. We laughed it off. Hopefully things can get repaired.

The rooms were filthy, you could visable see how dirty the sheets were. Even the toilet paper was completelt empty. There were a bunch of people outside partying loudly in the parking lot, late into the night. Checkout was difficult because i had to wait for someone to unlock the front desk door even though it was 8am . You cant just drop a key off because they take a $25 cash deposit that tou cant get back until they check you out. Only perk is the lady working the front desk is friendly.

If all you need is a place to crash, this will do in a pinch. However we didn’t even have a working toilet, they told us a repair man would come but one never came. Floor and microwave were dirty, sheets stained, mini fridge didn’t shut all the way, no hot water in the sink, several stink bugs and a fly, along with whatever bugs died on the floor. We never even tried the shower, and ended up putting blankets on top of the bed and sleeping on our own pillows. While I’ll never come back, I believe if the staff gave a little more effort to cleanliness and customer satisfaction/service this would be tolerable.

The bathroom light wasn’t working properly. The bed was in bad condition. I could hear all the cars driving on the highway. The worst i got bit by some kind of bug that was in the sheets and left a bunch of mark on my skin. I’ve been itching since, I’m actually planning to go see a doctor, my skin is so itchy, inflamed and irritated. Honestly it wasn’t a good experience at all!!

Old, never refreshed, dirty and never repainted, bed is uncomfortable, two old smashed pillows, not working microwave, when we asked fir two fresh towels for next day/ 2 days stay/, answer is: housekeeping come at 11. We didn’t need a service, just towels. When I ask the owner fir a roll of paper towel, he gave me one open from the iffice. I was charged additional fees for the dog and deposit of $50 for “ damages. What possible could be damaged ??? The owner were not nice at all. Motel needs to be expected .

Dogs chew on toilet seats?

I booked the room the day of. When I arrived the computers were down. The computers were not working and either was the credic card reader so the angry lady at the office insisted i pay cash plus a deposit. To be even more annoying she would not axcept my $100 bill as she could not make change even tho the bill was 79$. I ended up still having the charge appear on my card two days later. The outside stairs were spaced oddly making my treck back to the office for a roll of toilet paper. The only good thing I have to say is that by the time I got to my room the bugs had retired for the night, and there was a personal wake up knock at my door as the cleaning crew only had one room to clean-mine. I hope my wife and I dont end up on some hidden camera porn site. I was amazed I even got my deposit back- the same bills I had handed over after driving to the gas station to get exact change 7 hours prior. IVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND from being double billed.

I woke up covered in bedbug bites, deadbolt on the door didn’t work only a chain had to Bar the door with a chair, door had been kicked in it was filthy hadn’t been cleaned 25.00 cash deposit not mentioned on Expedia cost me an extra five dollars for atm. I don’t need a lecture from the owner about how good his place is versus a higher priced hotel. This motel was disgusting and I will opt to pay a higher price from now on. I think he generally rents to drug addicts and dealers judging from what I heard outside my door. I was scared. Not acceptable and don’t care if he gets mad. That experience cost me 62.00 total 56 and some change for the room and an extra five for the atm. He did give me back my 25.00 deposit. Didn’t bother saying anything about the bedbugs he would have just denied it even though the evidence is all over my body. He seems to think he can just bully women. Not good business.

Nasty, don’t stay here.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I opened the door to a giant wolf spider and some other bugs on the floor. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. The bed was so uncomfortable. The toilet seat was nasty. The toilet paper had someone’s sh*t on it. The curtain rod was taped to the wall. The wall was peeling back under the AC unit which had some weird white stuff in it. All of the base boards were slightly peaking back and the door had looked like it had once been kicked in and they never fixed it. The seal on it was broke. I had to listen to a group of people blasting music until 1140 at night. The office people didn’t do anything about it. The room had a mildew smell. The tv didn’t even turn on. On top of that they require a cash deposit. There sign says they “prefer” it, yet they make you use the atm on site to withdraw cash then come up with a bs excuse to keep someone or all of it when you check out. I’ve never been somewhere (and I’ve been in hotels all over the US) that required cash. It’s super shady. According to the locals, this is where they find dead bodies and where drug addicts hang out. Just avoid if you can, it’s worth it to pay more somewhere else.
