You get what you pay for. Property is severely in need of a remodel. Rooms are tired. Many shady people in the parking lot at night. Didn’t feel safe.

A family owned hotel. Always clean. Bus stop and 7-11 right next to hotel. AC, coffee maker and fridge in all rooms. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Only thing is that they don't have a elevator. I was there for a week working and I had a bunch of heavy work stuff but I will definitely be staying here again. The saying goes don't judge a book by the cover and this place is definitely one. Nice and quiet. Like I said I will definitely be staying here again

Very dated. Furniture , curtains have holes. Floor was dirty and tub needs to refinish. Shower suddenly lost hot water. Ok for 1 night stay. Not much to eat within walking distance. Location is close to San Mateo bridge which is good.

The room was ordinary, but reasonably fine. I will stay there again, since the daily rate was great. Just a few things I noticed that were poor. The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way. I wasn’t able to take a bath, only the shower works. The pillows were kind of flat, in need of replacement. Etc.

Hospitality lacking, room ok

Customer service was lacking. Check in area wasnt clear and inside check in was closed before we got there at 7pm. Check out wasnt possible as no one would respond to the doorbell at 7am nor did they have grab and go breakfast as advertised. Did not feel welcome. Room was clean and fine for the price but overall wouldnt visit again.

Although the room was clean and the house-keeping was really good, my room smelt very musky/damp/weird. there was no cutlery/plates etc so i had to source my own. the toilet didn't decided when it wanted to work and there wasn't a toilet brush. very dingy

Should have stayed elsewhere

Dirty. Long black hairs on the old, outdated flooring. Tub was discolored as the finish was coming off. Sink drain did not work. TV was not set up correctly and took a bit to figure out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge was not working properly and would not turn down. Drinks froze. Check in was thru a window as lobby was not open (2pm). Motel is old and outdated. Heater was relatively new and worked fine.

We were given a room with the door that's broken. We have to struggle and put our physical strength to just opening and closing the door each time we have to get out and come into our room. Very frustrating 😡

I save my life...

There were countless of spiders, bathtub, shower head, sink, under and over walls... I didn't stay after getting rash on some spots on many skins area... afraid they'll get into my ears, nose, or other hole. I cancelled the deal and left in 6 hours... I wished they'd refund the cost... to be doing a fair businesslike.

Good value in Hayward.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean, good quality furnishings, plenty of offstreet parking. Close to restaurants. HVAC worked fine and good TV. Friendly and helpful desk clerk, Krishna. Will stay here again, reasonable rate.

Twice my family and i attempted to stay at Mission inn. First time, amonth ago, they overchaged me, later additional chatted was added. Second time, " I won't rent to you." When questioned why, "you wouldn't sign my bill." I'm an African- American man. Using credit card. My billing. My money. Yes. Their dude, disrespectful, and violent

We're smokers. Told the smoking area is front. Barred locked. When asker about it's locked the clerk could not/ would not provide access. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm still handling over-charges that are fraudulent.
