The staff was always available and courteous. However the hotel and rooms smelled strongly of cigarette/weed smoke and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Gave us a key to someone else’s room. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to clean a new room for me. Overall not to bad will book again for the price

2/10 Poor

Was put into a room with someone in it at 1st. Then the room we got looked nothing like the pictures! Room was old, dirty, and disgusting! This was by far the one of the worst we have ever stayed in.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! The location was sketchy, with no good restaurants close by. The outside of the building looked like homeless people lived there, with no landscaping at all. A horrible odor permeated the whole hotel. When we arrived at our room, the door was propped open with a dirty towel. Our room had a broken window that wouldn't close, no sheer curtain (which made it very dark), and the carpet was filthy. The air conditioning unit clanked continuously, and the toilet handle had to be jiggled. A safety bar on the tub would have been helpful. The breakfast was so-so, but the juice wasn't chilled and the orange juice was brown. There were two good things - the staff was very friendly, and the refrigerator had a freezer. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

Good for price

Area was kinda shady, but still was suitable. Rooms were decent. Had two beds in the room, but only one set of towels. The toilet seat was quite small, so be careful! Overall, I would stay here again for one night.

I stayed at this property because it was for a work stay and it was close to my job location. It wasn't bad. They had breakfast most mornings. But the walls are thin and you can hear others around. I would say it was okay

There area wasn't a good area. It was very dirty all around. Also I didn't feel very safe in this area.

Don’t stay here

There was a $50 security deposit charged that is not mentioned before arrival that was never returned to me. I don’t smoke or have pets and I did no damage to the room, they had no reason not to refund my deposit.

Garbage in the hallway and everything smelled like weed. I had a non smoking room but marijuana stink came through the vents.
Amber, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I was hit with a million fees upon check in. Granted I should’ve read the “fine” print before signing my invoice. I booked online & went off what was posted online. Lady at the counter was bothered by the fact that she had to provide a service & it took her away from her phone call….it’s clearly just a pay check to her.
Patricia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Bed could have been a brick for starters, the first room the lights barely worked and everything had a switch, yes even the ceiling fan had a switch above the bed rest. The furthest light had a switch behind the tv. And the toilet couldn’t even flush toilet paper, I get the saying is you get what you paid for but I could have at least had a toilet that could flush. Or the literal battle over breakfast watching 3 people push and shove to fill there 3 plates before we were disgusted and got food else where. Please stay at your own risk
Keaton, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Children on the second floor.

After we check in, noticed that the room above us had children and they were extremely noisy and stomping around very loudly. Went to the front desk and the man at the desk wasn’t helpful, I asked him to come and listen to the noise, he didn’t. We left and went and got dinner, came back and the noise level was still the same. He told me that no one was in the room above me. He followed me to our room, #116, heard the noise, and left. 10 more minutes, I go back to the front desk and there is also a lady there, they finally move me and my husband to a room on the opposite hallway to a king room.
Michelle, 1-night trip

Wowza... Spend the extra 30 and stay somewhere else. The TV gets no signal or channels...useless. When I asked the front desk they took the remote because, apparently, it wasn't the hotel's remote. They had to bring a new one...then the TV worked. The bed frames are rickety. You can hear the people walking above you, it's very loud!! The floorboards and fans probably never get cleaned. Corners and crevices are particularly gross. The pillows are cheap as hell and worn out, plus they only give two per bed...rather sad. One of the flat sheets had cigarette burns so I had to ask for a new one. The room smells of smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. You definitely get what you pay for 🙄. 10/10 would not recommend and I definitely won't be back. The only positives are the fact that there's a microwave and the check in personnel were friendly.

4/10 Fair

I originally booked this place due to the rating but it was evident upon arrival that this place hadn’t been maintained or updated in years. There were torn window screens, inside there was sloppy paint and wall repairs and old carpet in the room I reserved for me and my dog. There was a significantly strong odor that resembled body odor outside and around the entire building, but the inside had a pleasant smell. The elevator was helpful. When I got to my second floor room, the AC had not been turned on and a ceiling fan was present but the cord was wrapped around the blades and I couldn’t reach it. It was a super humid and hot evening/morning (I arrived around 3am) and it took over 40 minutes for the room to cool down. There was sloppy “repair” and paint work (smeared drips) yet again in the bathroom and vanity area. The bed and pillows were comfortable as were the sheets. However, there was a stiff, itchy, thin, not quite a wool blanket, but not quite a comforter on top. Overall I felt safe in the area, was able to sleep in a little (appreciated the 11am check out although how to check out wasn’t explained so I hope leaving the key card at the desk was okay) and sleep comfortably. I appreciated the low $ pet fee, however
