Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is a sign explaining how to use the television. Which buttons to use to be able to watch regular television. Many older people are not tech savvy and instructions would be appreciated.

Standard hotel, though you can tell its a little more worn. The hallway carpets are not vacummed regularly, it seems like maybe because they are dark they think it's ok but you can still see crumbs and such everywhere. The breakfast was very limited and its all plastic and paper plates. They only have individually packaged cereal. They have 1 waffle maker. I other main and a side and a few other random things. We had a standard 2 queen room. It was ok. I had to ask to have someone come reclean the tub and the sink. A lot of the staff did not look very professional and it was hard to tell if people worked there or were staying there. I did not find that any of the staff were particularly kind or friendly. The pool is small, a little cool and not well maintained. You can tell it is not regularly cleaned and vacummed. I would

Recommend the King Suite rooms.

Used to stay in Menomonie every weekend for college gymnastics meets. BW has a jacuzzi so it bubbles up to top pretty quick. We went back for a Sr Night and stayed in a King Suite. These are new. It is like 1.5x room with plenty of room. It was definitely retrofited into an existing hotel but still nice

Upon entering the elevator i walked through dirt and mud. The floor of the elevator was very dirty with same dirt found outside of it. When I arrive back to the hotel and entered the elevator on 4/3/24, noticed a k-cup coffee moving around. Entered the elevator the next morning and the K-cup still there. The room needed some refreshing, carpet well used, walls need touch up. The bad was good, no issues.

Large crack in bathroom mirror. Red stain on top cover of bed. Asked for fresh towels in morning, they never gave us any. Went to front desk with dirty towels & asked for clean ones & he said, “I told you when you checked in to let me know when you needed fresh towels.” It was rude, especially when we did indeed ask for them. Also needed trash taken out as it was full & they didn’t do that either. Very disappointing - will not stay there again.

Buyer beware. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It took four open rooms to find one that did not reak and have visible mold. This hotel is a disgrace to the AmericInn name. AmericInn should burn and rebuild or close this facility. The A/C in the lobby was nonexistent and wreaked of filth. The front desk said the entire second floor had not been cleaned offering very few options. The building was unsafe with the side/back door not having a lock let alone a latch. The ice had black stuff and unusable. Will think twice before EVER booking an AmericInn in the future. Even the coffee was horrible.
