We found this much better than your average hostel and also quieter than we expected. We stayed in a private room rather than a pod, and found that to be very comfortable. Good location, well priced for what you get and decent amenities.

Lovely start with a friendly travel guide. Very clean, well organized, safety with keycards. Only odd thing was bed was King sized but the light switch was on one side and then in the middle of the bed. Otherwise everything was fabulous!

really nice hostel, i loved that there‘s the miss lucy‘s right next to it! the rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms, wifi is always good & you can easily and quickly reach the city centre. it’s perfect for starting a journey to new zealand and to settle in a little :) just the kitchen was not that clean and the fridges were really messy. also, the towels in the kitchen were mostly wet. however, there were always enough pans and pots & enough space for everyone to prepare their own meal which was really good. additionally, the staff was always so nice and willing to help. i really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!
