Stephen at the bar on the 23rd floor was a great help to us. Went out of his way to ensure that we were well cared for. Also the young man who handled our baggage when we changed rooms was very courteous and prompt.

Relatively a very new hotel close to restaurants, malls and tourists spots. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the lobby is clean and bright with modern furnishings. The buffet is similarly excellent as it is in the top floor with a commanding view of the sea. The service personnel are very prompt when we requested some few items taken cared of. We are thankful as well for the staff for recommending nice tour packages and arranging taxi and tour guide services. We will definitely come back to KK again and will book a stay at Hyatt Centric.

Amazing. Very good costumer service. Everybody was very kind and friendly. The problem was fixing the AC. They got it done on the 3rd attempt. After that everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay. We’re in Bali now. Then back to the states.

The rooms are big and clean. Staffs’ service is good. Location of hotel is good. Breakfast spread is decent but the taste of food is underwhelming. Meat was overcooked, kuih is very sweet, bread selection tasted like supermarket’s. The jams are still in the supermarket’s bottle. Given the price per room, kitchen should attempt to make their own bread, jam etc. Teh tarik was super sweet and the black coffee tasted very diluted, esp once milk was added in.

The room is spacious, bright & comfortable. The reception staff is helpful, informative attentive & pleasant. However, the cleaning staff needs more training or more manpower. The room was not vacuumed daily, in fact, a piece of biscuit crumbs was there for three days!!! They removed wet bath robs and wet slippers but did not replace it. They refilled decaffeinated coffee capsules instead of regular coffee which we consume daily in the morning. The decaffeinated coffee capsules have a red t on top of it. It’s not a very pleasant experience, particularly in the morning when one needs a cup of good coffee most. On the whole, I am happy with this hotel.

Good Base for a night’s stay in KK

A well run hotel right in the centre of town. Very tasty a la carte food prepared well and a pleasant Skybar where one can also dine. We used as a transit base for one night. The immediate destination wouldn’t justify a longer stay. There are beach resorts further up the coast.
