Check in was easy, but the carpet in room was dirty and old and bathroom was dirty and needs to be upgraded. For the price because of the Calgary Stampede. All other hotels were full otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed here

I found the staff very friendly. I was taken aback when there was an early check in fee at 2:00 pm for a 4:00 pm check in (and no offer/ability to store luggage for 2 hours) I've NEVER encountered that before Canada or the US. The front of house staff were always cleaning when we came & went, it was immaculate, Rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a lot of selection.

Unbearably Pungent Air Fresherner

They stay was fine. However, the overwhelming smell of the air freshener plug-in the lobby is horrible. By the time I checked in and out I was wheezing and had a headache.
