Great Location & Service

Our stay at Palazzo Danisi was exceptional, thanks to its outstanding service and prime location. Perfect for exploring nearby towns, it’s just a seven-minute walk from the train and bus station. The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with attentive service. Claudia, the property manager, was a standout—warm, welcoming, and quick to connect after booking to ensure we had everything we needed. She checked in regularly during our stay, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Bari itself surprised us with its vibrant offerings: great shopping, delicious dining, and a convenient base for exploring Puglia. Keep in mind that if you’re mostly interested in Bari Vecchia it’s a little bit of a longer walk but it’s a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

Breakfast served eggs cooked in a style according to customer's wishes (just request :) Love the location- walkable to Bari Centrale station yet far away enough from the sketchy area around it at night. Fantastic hotel and excellent location in Bari! If you are travelling by train or bus at all during your stay, this location is perfect. 5 min walk to train station and 15 min walk to the Old Town. Claudia, the lovely young lady who worked at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay and provided a map with restaurant, bar, and site recommendations. The room itself was very spacious and modern, especially impressed by the lighting system! Very comfortable bed and awesome rainfall shower! There is even a rooftop area that is beautiful late afternoon/early evening. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of pastries, sweets, fruit, meats/cheese, and yogurt. Plus fresh brewed espresso or cappuccino. Would definitely return next time we are in Bari and highly recommend!

Parking is about a few minutes away we had to walk our bags for about 5 minutes to the hotel. There is not a full time person at the front desk after 8 they are not there. Also the hotel is about 15 minute walk to the historical district

The staff at Danisi are very courteous and helpful . Even though the there is a limited front desk, my questions and arrangements were always promptly fulfilled. Much better than many establishments that have a so called 24/7 front desk. Train station an easy 5 minute walk, one can visit marvelous coastal towns like Polignano A Mare for approx 4 Euros. Special thanks to Claudia and the entire staff .
