I had a countdown to receive a lock code to access the property at 3pm and it didn’t come through straight away. I contacted the property and it was automated response. Finally received a response by 4pm. Only 2 towels for 4 of us and I contacted the property. I received a response over a day later saying go and buy 2 extra towels and keep the receipt and then leave the towels. On my last night I kept receiving messages saying to check out promptly at 10am or I will be charged a fee and extra cleaning fees. The flat was dirty with empty juice bottle and crisps under the sofa. Cobwebs on fixtures, shower screen broke and the shower screen handle hanging off. The day before check in I was informed of a large deposit that was required and I only get back some of it as there was an admin fee. Also had to carry the waste bag down 4 flights of metal steps at the back of the property to avoid being charged.
