The room that was given to us, the Ac was not working however we were given another room with a working AC. The 2nd room that was given to us for some reason felt more cleaner then the one provided to us first. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the kids loved and enjoyed it.

Arrived at 2:20pm, and unfortunately advised that our room was not ready, then asked to visit the nearby Alfresco, until about 3;30pm when the room would be ready. Having driven a significant distance, it could have been a better gesture to be offered a coffee at the hotel maybe?
