Good location and courteous staff

Although there are things that can be improved in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, the friendly staff is always available to make everything better. I also think the accommodation is quite competitively priced. The hotel is fairly new with great location. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bathrooms are of good size with essential amenities. The blankets are tad small for a couple size but the matrasses are comfortable. They have complimentary tea and coffee with kettle in the room. I liked the breakfast, however, there was no toaster. They have fruits, cheeses, hot meal and baked goods. In overall, we had a pleasant stay. We wish all the best to the hotel team.

Great location in the old city, close to most iconic tourist sites, as well as easily walkable to many forms of public transit. The maid service was hit or miss, but any need was taken care of as soon as it was made known to the staff. The room was small by Western standards, but certainly sufficient for two--and modern, clean, and new. The morning breakfast fueled and delighted.

The hotel was very welcoming. Modern facilities, including air conditioning. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and included in price. We had a corner room on 5th floor for 5 nights. It had two small balconies, one with a small table and two chairs, which was nice. It is on a small street that is a hill. There is a supermarket as well as a convenience close by. Walkable to many of the major sites. I would stay there again.

Girls trip to Istanbul

The hotel suite at Omiya Hotel was incredibly comfortable, with a balcony offering stunning views of the city and the Mediterranean sea. The room was immaculately clean, with a refreshing shower and crisp, fresh towels. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, with Kurban in particular providing excellent recommendations for exploring the city. Every time we returned to the hotel, Kurban would offer us chai, which was always a delightful treat. I highly recommend Omiya Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Turkey. I will definitely book a room here again on my next visit.

5 Star Customer Service + Great Location

Hotel Customer Service 5 STAR! Excellent hospitality and coordination. They contacted me right away and helped to coordinate my transport from the Airport directly to the hotel SEAMLESSLY. The front desk were SO helpful and spoke GREAT english. They recommended restaurants and shopping and were amazing and kind. The staff helped with our bags, offereed to make us tea and coffee every time we entereed and were amazing. The location is brilliant with close proximity to everything. The rooms were very clean and seemed to be fairly new. The rooms are a tad small and so were the bathrooms, and you do not get any frills in the way of a disposable razor or toothbrush in the event you forget them. Also there is only 1 bottle of liquid soap/body wash/shampoo - I'm not a big fan of these 1 liquid for all, but it worked I suppose.
