This place is an average converted apartment unit with four rooms within an old apartment complex. I am not sure if it should be categorized as a hotel. The place is relatively clean but the shower walls need deep cleaning. There is also a piano class next door which you can hear until 10pm. That said, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have a good number of closet spaces. The AC is also works well. There is also a mini fridge.

The hotel room is full of the smell of mildew. There was a ton of black mold in the shower. It made us all sick. We tried to leave after the first night and complained to the manager but he yelled at us saying that there are no cancellations. He moved us to a different room though with less black mold (there was still some). Also the towels had small bugs crawling through them. Right outside the room was garbage so it smelled bad when we opened the window. The hotel room was very cheap, but not worth it. I'd rather have stayed at a hostel.

Dentro do esperado

O quarto no geral é confortável. A fechadura do banheiro está quebrada e a gente ficava preso e água do chuveiro vazava por baixo do boxe. A descarga estava com defeito. O bairro não é muito bom, mas não tivemos problemas com segurança e é muito perto do metrô e também dá pra ir caminhando cerca de 30 minutos até algumas atrações.

Die Unterkuft war sauber und ordentlich. Es wurde täglich (also jeden Tag) gereinigt. Der Kaffeeautomat läuft wie Zuhause - Pad rein Becher drunter und zack Kaffee fertig. Das Hotel hat zwei Seiten auf einer davon ist ein Getränkeautomat. Das war super. Unser Zimmer war an der Hauptstraße mit offenem Fenstern laut aber ich wohne selbst in einer Stadt also blieb das Fenster auch Nachts offen. Die Zimmer sind typisch Italienisch eingerichtet, halt schlicht und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Seife, Handtücher, Fön und Kühlschrank haben unseren Aufenthalt dort abgerundet. & Der ältere Hotelbesitzer ist eine echte Ikone. Vielen Dank dafür
