Agradable, cómodo y a buen precio. Buena ubicación, cercano al centro de Tlaxcala y el Zócalo. El único tema es que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se escuchan ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y el tráfico de la avenida.

Mi familia es de 5 integrantes y la habitación fue perfecta. Super amplia y cómoda. El baño de súper buen tamaño. Además la ubicación es excelente porque llegas caminando a muchos restaurantes.

El personal del Hotel, que nos hizo el check inn, la verdad muy atento, pero el servicio telefonico para atenciones y la chica que confirmo mi hospedaje, les falta mucha capacitacion, mande mensajes y nunca los contestaron y el chico muy grosero. pero el estacionamiento, habitaciones, estuvo muy bien.

He tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme 2 ocasiones en ese hotel y las 2 veces han sido de gran experiencia, se encuentra en un lugar céntrico, el personal atento desde tu llegada hasta el día de tu salida, instalaciones y habitaciones limpias.
Sin duda lo contemplaría para futuras ocasiones.
