I chose this hotel just because I needed the room for few hours to rest before departure. At check in, I had to call the person to come and check us in which actually went very well. However, there was no electricity for for more than 4 hours. Imagine the heat in the room without AC. Anyways, if this was a one time incident, unfortunate things can happen. Apart from that the hotel is more than OK for the price and location.
