Love this hotel! The location couldn't be any better, everything is right outside the front door. Our room was updated and decorated beautifully, big enough for the 3 of us and our 6 pieces of luggage, so clean AND we had the best view of the Duomo outside our window! The receptionist guided us very kindly and helped us a lot. So convenient to park. Parking lot was right next to the building. The breakfast was very good, the location was really good. I spent one night in the single room at this hotel. It's an easy walk from the train station. The building is exquisitely beautiful. The room, while small, was perfect for one, and completely quiet for a great sleep. You can walk to anything in Florence from this location. Giulia at the front desk was the most welcoming person, and kind. I will definitely stay again if I return to Florence.

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It is located between the Duomo and the train station. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean and pretty. Also, since it’s next to the Duomo you can find many food options open late nearby. I will most likely stay here in any future trips to Florence.

Had a wonderful stay here. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who had our room ready for us right away. He gave us clear information for the building and the breakfast. The other women working went above and beyond to make sure we felt like VIP. The hotel lobby and courtyard are beautiful. The room was lovely. Felt like we were staying in a Tuscan villa. Fresco on the ceiling and the decor really added to the ambiance. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

The property is very old, pool facilities, good location though. They only have one physical key, and you have to lock using the physical key whether you are inside or go outside, bed sheet does not look that clean, I would not stay here again

Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine residential building this place spoke of elegance from the moment I entered. An extremely friendly and efficient lady checked me in early and look after my bags which she kindly offered to move to my room once it was free. The decor is beautiful here and my room, though small (you get what you pay for), was comfortable. Good quiet sleep was provided courtesy of blockout blinds. The bathroom was well appointed. It's a 5 minute walk from the railway station and about 10-15 mins to the Duomo and the Arno. It made my stay easy. Directly downstairs is a local style restaurant that was brilliant.

The hotel is very nice and upon entering you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the staff is attentive and wants to make you feel welcome. The rooms are small but this is to be expected in Italy. The only issue I had was the strange layout of the bathroom. The toilet was in the shower, which is something I've never experienced before. I know the room is small but this could have been planned a little better. There is a bidet which is outside the shower and would have made more sense to swap places with the toilet. Also, the light switch for the bathroom was across from the door hidden under the hair dryer. Other than those minor flaws the hotel was great. It is close to the train station and the duomo, so getting where you want to go is easy. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Burchianti

As a woman travelling alone, I felt super safe at Hotel Burchianti. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They also let me leave my bags at the hotel after I checked out which meant I was able to visit one more museum before my flight home. The hotel is in a brilliant location. Generally Firenze is very walkable and, although the hotel appears in the corner of the city, it's just minutes from most major locations. It's also a few minutes walk from Unita tram stop which has direct trains to the airport. So the location is great for all needs. I only mark down due to the tired room. The bathroom needs a bit of love, especially the leaky tap. The room was basic but I feel this is reflected in the price. If the hotel is able to renovate the room a little then this would be a 5* review and I think hugely elevate the overall experience. That said, though, I'd certainly recommend Hotel Burchianti. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'm missing Florence immensley!
