The room had windows that open for fresh air and a nice little balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named “Game” who operates the shuttle service and works at the front. Breakfast spread was more than enough and the sauna/onsen was a dream. Amazing.

My room was at high floor but facing nearby condo, very close. Happy to have onsen facility but service ends at 10pm, 9pm is last slot. A bit early. Breadfast was western and thai style with mini sushi bar. So far so good. Since the bed is comfortable and clean, we give 4*.

I was very much looking forward to staying here this time. As other comments have said, the rooms are clean and spacious. They are equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other cooking utensils, which is good for mid- to long-term stays. It was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly without hearing noises from the room next door, walking down the hallway, etc. The breakfast was very good and I liked the well-balanced selection of elements from various countries such as Asian, European, Thai, and Japanese. The front desk staff and cloakroom staff were very helpful. I would like to stay there again.

Nice hotel - but you can find better ones in BKK

The area was super nice, a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities around - the hotel is near the metro. The room itself was nice, but when I arrived not really clean (hair in the shower, some stains), after calling they fixed it. Overall the hotel is nice, but I think for this price you will find sth better in Bangkok. I ordered high speed internet which did not work (was still super slow) and I was charged for it.

Amazing hotel

This hotel really was amazing. It’s right at the centre of Bangkok and the shops and shopping malls are right around the corner. You can literally walk to the nearest station and shops. The location is absolutely amazing The hotel itself is very mordern yet classic. If you looking for a place to rest, luxuriate and recover from jet-lag this is the one. With its Japanese Onsen (which is separated by gender) Sauna, Pool and gym. This hotel really was an amazing stay for me. So much, that I even extended my stay for a couple more few nights. All staff is very friendly, helpful (extreme knowledge about possible events and attraction which are available to book around Bangkok and even other places in Thailand) and welcoming every time. Brands and Coco were extremely helpful with all my enquires and questions. The room itself, was absolutely amazing the bed was super comfortable. The sheets super soft yet firm which made it hard to stay awake. The bathroom and the toilet was what sold me when booking as I really am a clean freak and like to take my time getting ready. The lighting option and big mirror were amazing. With high tech Japanese style toilet. Breakfast was very nice and fresh with different varieties such as continental, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine. You can even asked for specific things to be prepared in front of you by the many cooks. Overall you really get an amazing experience in the hotel. Cons: personal nothing.

The moment I got off the taxi, I was welcomed by the receptionist and the concierge, Coco! Everyone (literally everyone!) has been so attentive to take care of me such as opening the car door, getting me drinks, and answering any questions. And Coco is probably the best concierge I've met. He knows what you need to know about Bangkok and recommends based on what you wanna do. He even arranged a massage session for you. The service is just spot-on! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!
