Foresteria Levi was exactly what we needed. Centrally located close to the Accademia bridge it allowed us to visit all the sites in Venice in the short time we had. Our room was clean and spacious and accommodated our family of four. It provided a breakfast at a reasonable cost. Staff was very nice and helpful. At the end of our stay we had a water taxi come directly to the location’s own dock on the central canal to take us to the train station.

The smaller beds were super uncomfortable. Seemed like they never sweep the floors, there were a lot of hairs all over the floor. The air conditioning is very week, got too hot at night. The pros were that the hotel is located in a convenient spot near the water taxis.

I book a room that had a loft but they put me in a room without one on first night and the ac was not even working. They refused to refund me or credit me. But they did put me into the loft room for second night which was a lot better and what I had booked for. But the hassle of packing my bags and taking them down storing them in lockers was a huge hassle

This was our first hotel on a 3-week European holiday and one of the best properties. Their breakfast was, by far, our favorite of the entire trip. Great selection of food that was constantly and meticulously overseen by the staff. Our room was quiet and good air conditioning and the hotel elevator made moving bags very easy. We like to stay at properties that are outside the most heavily touristed areas of a city and this property delivered. You're still just a 10-minute walk from the "action" but can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Yet you're still a 2-minute walk to the Grand Canal and the gorgeous Accademia Bridge. An Alilaguna stop is that same 10-minute walk so getting to the airport couldn't be easier. Love this hotel.

The perfect location for first time in Venice! This beautiful property was steps from the Accademia bridge it was a perfect fit for our party of three. The staff communicated well before our arrival and helped us find the perfect restaurant for our pre-theater meal. They were very helpful in person as well helping us find the correct water taxis. Las indicaciones dadas por la página y por hoteles.com son demasiado confusas y es muy dificil llegar, sobre todo si tienes que caminar con maletas en Venecia. Por lo demas es un hotel muy lindo y cerca de las atracciones turísticas
