部屋に入った途端、鼻をつくような刺激臭があった。前客が浴室で髪染めでもしたのかと思い入って直ぐにシャワーで浴槽、シャワーカーテンを洗った。 洗面台の水の流れも悪い事に気づき、こちらもシャワーで流してみたところ、中から食べ物のカス？のようなものがたくさん浮いて出て来た。 腐敗臭が酷く気分悪かったが、スタッフ対応の時間も過ぎていたため、水道は使わず、悪臭に気分が悪くなりながら朝まで我慢した。 スタッフ対応の時間まで待ち、部屋を観てもらったスタッフも腐敗臭を認め、その後配管掃除？をしたようで悪臭は無くなった。 前客の後の清掃は果たしてどこまでされていたのか？の疑問は残ったが、とりあえず直ぐの対応があったので無事連泊を終えた。 次また利用するか？と聞かれたら、、もう無いかも知れない。 それほどの悪臭だったので、トラウマになってしまった。 港から微妙な距離があり、悪天候の時だけでも無料送迎が有れば嬉しいと感じた。

港からも徒歩圏内でホテル自体もキレイでまた使いたいと思いました。 ただ朝9時頃にスタッフに用があり、フロントにも見当たらず、仕方なく、用がある方はこちらまでと書いてあった電話番号にかけると関西弁で年配男性の声で「何やねん」と言われブチ切りされました。あれは一体…？？ ただ実際に働いているスタッフは若いバイトの子達でその子たちはとても良い人たちでした。

施設は綺麗で、上原港の近くにあるので利便性も高いです。またスタッフさんの対応も良く気持ちよく止まれました。 机的な物がベッドのサイドテーブルしかなく、椅子が1脚だけで、部屋で食事する際の置き場がないため、簡易テーブルでも良いのであると、もっと便利かなと思います。 近くの食堂が気分で閉めてしまうのか、空いてなかったりで食事に困ることがあったので、レストランなどは予約が必須。

Exceptionally helpful

Thank you so much! In the low season there isn't so much going on here, unlike Ishigaki. But the hotel was fantastic, and the young gentleman working here helped me much, and offered me to keep using a bike for an extended time. I recommend this place!

狭いしトイレの音もお隣の音も全て聞こえる

一棟ずつ独立してるお部屋と、3-4部屋が同じ建物に連なってるタイプがあり、私は連なってる方に泊まりました。場所は港に近いく徒歩数分、アメニティは基本的に全て揃えられててよし、駐車場もあってよかった。残念なのは部屋がやたらと大きいベッド2台で埋まっててスーツケースもまともに広げられないし、部屋で食事もベッドのうえ、トイレの音さえ聞こえる壁の薄さで不快でした。ベッドが、もう少し小さければ、もう少しまともな生活できたと思う。 2泊したけど2泊目は掃除はしてくれないし、タオルのみ変えることができました。 これでこの金額は高いかな。。
