Big disappointment

Terrible experience – avoid this place! The room was facing the main road, and even with the windows shut, it was impossible to sleep due to the constant noise. The staff were incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable with their unwelcoming attitude and unfriendly stares. My foreign friend politely asked if he could use their phone to call the taxi he’d been waiting for, but they refused and claimed they had no credit on their phones – clearly just an excuse. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior overall. Not recommended.

I recently stayed in room 202 at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback regarding a few issues I experienced during my stay: There was noticeable dust on the table, and even the water bottles on the surface were dusty. The shower cabin was missing a glass door, making it quite difficult to shower comfortably. My room faced the main street, but unfortunately, the window was not soundproof at all, and a lot of noise from outside could be heard.
