Very good location in Rome. Most attractions are within a 30 minute walking distance, roughly 1.5 miles. The room is very small, but clean and nice and like the pictures. Many good places to eat nearby as well.

Luca was a very good host! The room was just what we needed, good location. The only problem was the other people that also stayed in the b&b, they were very loud and making lots of noise at 5am. This happened on multiple mornings.

Even though we arrived pretty late after 1am, the access to the property was very easy, Luca contacted me before I gave me all details as to how enter the property, we was very proactive. This room is located a 5 minutes walk to Vatican City and Castel Sant Angelo. The room was very clean, bathroom is in excellent conditions as it was recently renovated, for solo travelers or couples this is an very good option in terms of budget and location.

Fantastic location, easy walk to vatican, football stadium and shopping, beautiful historic building. The flat is impeccably clean and brand new inside with all the ammenities you'd need. There is daily maid service at the flat. Luca is a gracious kind host. He was super organized for check-in and check-out. He helped with transportation to the airport and shared his knowledge for any of inquiries. Nice little touches like fresh croissants and coffee in the morning were great. There is lots of access to groceries and restaurants. The B&B has a shared kitchen that is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Fantastische, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Top-Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt, auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was a fantastic host—very responsive, full of helpful local tips, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luca’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

Boendet ligger väldigt centralt i ett lugnt och trivsamt område. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Hyresvärden Luca är helt fantastisk. Vi fick massor av information inför vår resa och han svarade supersnabbt när vi hade en fråga under vår vistelse. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad. Det är enkelt att ta sig med shuttlebuss från och till flygplatsen. Hållplatsen ligger 3 minuter från boendet. Lägenheten är superfräsch och har allt man behöver. På morgonen serverades färska croissants i det lilla köket. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!!
