Whatever you do, do NOT book through a third party. If you get a wrong type of room, nobody can help you. We booked and paid for a PH suite for 5 people with a king bed and a sofa bed. We got a room with 2 queen beds, which is clearly not suitable for 5 people and one has to sleep on the floor. When approached front desk, they told only through Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel, they were not willing to help and basically gave Expedia the runaround on how things work. Expedia was also shocked with this and the rude attitude. Not able to change room, and no extra beds available at all. So we were left in a situation, that no one is able to do nothing, and one of us has to sleep on the floor.
The owning/renting system in this hotel is apparently very complex, and if there is an issue, you're screwed.
