The room and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated. However, there was a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. The noise level was quite high — both from planes flying overhead and from the hallway, as the doors offered very little sound insulation. Next time, I’d prefer to stay somewhere farther from the airport for a quieter experience.

Most amazing family hotel.

The most wonderful, kind and attentive hosts. I can’t praise the l hotel owner and his staff enough. They consistently went above and beyond to help us. The owner even gave us a suitcase to replace our broken one and wouldn’t take any money from us. The hotel its self was very clean and great value. It’s very close to the airport. Outside there is a small connivence store cafe that is popular with local taxi drivers and has a lovely community feel with children playing ball. The family working in the morning sat and had tea with us in the morning and would sit with us to check we had everything we needed in the evening. Always offering their own cigarettes. I’m surprised people are complaining about noise as the hotel is not in a resort area, but in a city suburb and so close to the airport that you would expect to hear daily noises and planes. We didn’t find communication an issue, we just used google translate when everyone got stuck. Staff gave directions into town and a hotel card incase I got lost so I could use it to help get directions / a taxi back. Outstanding. All our best wishes and thanks to the staff.

Homemade food at the cafe and excellent customer service. They arranged my transfer to the airport, which took only 10’minutes from the moment I requested it until we were being dropped off at the airport.

Hotel itself was very clean and tidy, not much around there to see or do but okay for a night if flight is delayed. Food and service in the restaurant was superb in the evening. Next morning however was a different story, could not take advantage of some of the facilities as they had a power cut so it was very uncomfortable in the 40 degree heat with no air conditioning, cold drinks and couldn't get food as they were unable to cook. Would have given a higher rating if they offered some sort of discount but still charged full price for the stay.

Super Service, laut (Flugzeuge), super gelegen!

Das Hotel ist super central am Flughafen gelegen, ich konnte sogar mit mini Koffer zu Fuß die knapp 3 Kilometer hinlaufen, da mir nach dem langen Sitzen nach Bewegung war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gibt ein Café, Restaurant und kleinen Shop mit dabei. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr sauber, aber leider gab es nur zwei Kleiderbügel, keinen Stuhl im Zimmer zum Sitzen, einen Tisch auf dem großen Balkon und der Wasserkocher ging nicht. Meine Bitte, ihn zu ersetzen, wurde zwar gehört, aber nicht umgesetzt. Schade. Im Bad gab es kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Seife, Zahnkit etc)., die Bettwäsche war sauber, die Matratze bequem. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Ein- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens, das war mir klar und bewusst, und die Flugzeuge über dem Haus machten mir deshalb nichts aus, da ich sie liebe, wer aber Lärmempfindlich ist, dem ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen, die Flieger gehen echt direkt über das Haus! Für Planespotter dafür ideal! :-) Der Abschied war etwas holprig. Ich habe am Vorabend dreimal nach einem Shuttleservice zum Flughafen um 03:30 Uhr am Morgen gefragt, dreimal wurde mir das bestätigt, am nächsten Morgen ging das dann aber aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht, Uber war nicht verfügbar und man bot mir an, für 10€ zum Flughafen zu fahren, oder ein Taxi zu rufen. Ich habe dann das Taxi rufen lassen und zahlte dafür mit Trinkgeld umgerechnet 5,20€

Worst stay ever!

The owner and son couldn't speak a single word English, so communication was impossible.. The owner tried to charge me 30 euro for three small yoghurt drinks and was really unpleasant to deal with.. The room wasnt isolated, it wad noisy as the terrasse door couldn't close and the beds was terrible!! DO NOT GO THERE.. We felt very unsafe after the owner tried to cheat us and had the worst attitude
