東館に宿泊しましたがある程度の移動は覚悟していましたが結構な移動でした。でも部屋の広さを優先したのでレストランや浴室が遠くても満足でした。 1つ気になったのが部屋の電気ですが壁のスイッチだけではなくリモコンも置いてあると嬉しかったです。畳側を豆電球、ベッド側を消灯とやりたかったのですがスイッチだけだとどうしても出来なくて唯一そこだけが気になりました。 夕食と朝食ブュッフェも大変美味しく大満足でした。

Super nice getaway. There is not much around but this hotel is pretty much an all inclusive. They feed you breakfast and dinner buffet with late night snack as well. The food was great and overall was highly impressed with the value. Be careful planning your transportation too and from though as it is very limited.

お部屋はリーズナブルなプランにしましたが、朝晩の食事はビュッフェ形式で品数も多く超豪華です。鹿肉や鰰にとんぶり、きりたんぽ鍋に稲庭うどんなど郷土料理がこれでもかというくらい並んでいます。チョコフォンデュもありました。2泊しましたが、ちゃんと日替わり料理もあり、大満足でした。もちろん温泉も最高でお肌ツルツル、そして湯上がりにアイスキャンデーやリンゴ酢もサービスであり、心も身体も満たされました。

スタッフの対応が良かったです

大曲花火大会観覧のため滞在。花火会場からはかなり遠かったけれど、予約がとれて良かったです。ホテル自体は大きく、昭和な旅館というイメージでした。きちんと清掃されていてキレイな印象でしたが、やはり古さは否めない感じでした。部屋のソファは布張りでしたが穴が空いていましたし、冷蔵庫や内風呂もお掃除しても落ちない汚れがありました。鍵はオートロックではなく鍵を使っての開閉です。ただ2人分いただいたので別行動をしても困りませんでした。 スタッフの対応は皆さんとても良かったです。花火後帰りは夜中でしたが、駐車場にはスタッフがいてくださって誘導してくれましたし、すれ違うスタッフは皆さん笑顔であいさつしてくれました。 おかげで気持ち良く秋田旅行ができました。

お世話になり悪くは言いたく無いのですが、広い館内の清掃は大変なのか全く出来ていない。廊下が特にカビ臭くて息苦しい、エレベーターのドアに蜘蛛の巣。だけど部屋は狭く無いし清掃されていたし普通に快適です。料理は普通に美味しくブュッフェで楽しくいただきました。二食付きでは良心的な価格でした。

＜良かった点＞ 前日までのバスの送迎予約をしておらず、当日に電話をしたにも関わらず、快く対応いただけました。また、到着後のフロント対応含め、スタッフの方の対応はかなり良い方ではないかと思います。夕食は予約をしていなかったのですが、スタッフの方にお聞きして、ホテルから徒歩5分ほどのジンギスカン食堂を紹介してもらいました。 ＜もう少しの点＞ 浴場のお湯が子どもには熱かった(大人でも熱かったかも)。 田沢湖に行く際には、また宿泊できればと思います。

施設内にトリックアートがある他、無料の夜食提供もあり、子ども達も喜んでいた。周辺の観光スポットへのアクセスも非常に良好。 ただ、チェックイン時、対応できるスタッフがたった1人（その日がたまたま？）、流石に待ち時間が負担になった。外国からのスタッフさんが沢山いたが、もう少し動ける、対応の方向性を自身で決定できるようになるための育成が必要だと感じた。

西館を進んだ先に東館があるという謎の構造で、さらにそれぞれの行き来には階段での上下移動も絡む。案内サインと自分の方向感覚が合わず、慣れるまでは迷路。 東館にはエレベーターが1基のみだが、チェックイン時には清掃をされているお婆さんが大量のビールの空き缶が入ったゴミ袋を積載してエレベーターを占有しており、しばらく乗れなさそうだったのでお手伝いをすることに。 楽しみにしていた温泉は、内湯と露天が離れた場所にあり、一度出なければならない。露天には洗い場がないので、まず内湯に行って身体を洗って、一度着替えて廊下に出て歩いた後、露天でまた服を脱いで入る。上がり湯にシャワーをかけたい人はまた内湯に戻る必要があるが、それにはまた着替えなければならない。結果、露天は入らなくていいか〜となる。 朝食会場では、一生懸命に日本語でコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれるミャンマーのスタッフの方の奥で、「いざという時は私が喋るよ」と作業の手を止めて見守るお婆さんスタッフ。 こういうスタッフさんたちのおかげで、優しい気持ちになれて、なんか憎めないところがあるホテルという感想。
