Great location right next to the station, super helpful and friendly staff, very much a business style hotel but it describes itself as that so no issues for me, breakfast was set menu (japanese or western) but amazing! Definitely on my list for staying again 👍

Great location

Next to train station with many shops and restaurants nearby. A good choice for easy transportation to/from airport or to other parts of the country. Single room is good price for solo/business travelers.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. The rooms are clean but a little small for travelers with large suitcases or have more than one piece with them. The breakfast was good.

Best hotel in terms of nearness and convenience to JR Hakata Station. Not big and elegant but has everything you need and reasonably priced. Safe, clean, Family Mart next door, polite staff and AC works great. Room had two beds, a couch, desk, great smelling toiletries plus they provide amenities some hotels don't or you'd need to pay for them ie toothbrus etc.

We had the corner twin room which was spacious for us, and the bathroom was roomy with a bathtub and sufficient floor space. The toiletries and hair dryer were lovely. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Location is fabulous, within 5 min walking distance to Hakata station and also the bus terminal. Lastly, the staff were nice - from the reception to the cloak room to the breakfast ladies. Will be happy to stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel! I wish my room was even just a bit larger and had a window but was very pleased with the value. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly, and every part of the property reflected their pride. Thank you and I hope to return!

I stayed at the Mars Garden because of reviews from others. It lived up to its reputation! The rooms were clean and decent sized for Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is so easy. It is very close to Hakata station. There are 3 combini 1-3 minutes away.

La chambre est petite et la sdb manque d aeration. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus au moment où nous avons demandé à la réception d envoyer nos valises au prochain hôtel. En effet malgré l utilisation d'un traducteur nous avons perdiu beaucoup de temps jusqu'à ce que le personnel nous dise que l hotel ne s occupe pas de faire envoyer les valises par le service "yamato" ou " takkyubin" . Dans nos nombreux voyages au Japon, cest la 1ere fois qu un grand hotel n offre pas ce service . Quelle déception !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz meiner geringen Japanischkenntnisse kam ich gut über die Runden und das Personal war sehr geduldig mit mir. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind wie überall in Japan winzig. Leider erhielt ich ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster, das direkt gegenüber einem weiteren Gebäude lag. Das Fenster liess sich nicht ganz öffnen und war mit einer Verdunkelungsfolie versehen. Das ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Ansonsten war alles top. Die Lage ist super und es war sauber.

我入住酒店是從10月19日至10月25日共 七天六夜的住宿。 可是到了 10月24日 (星期五)晚便停止添加咖啡及棉花棒。即是我只收到星期日至星期四的日用品，少了一天的。 另外洗手盤及化妝枱有小昆蟲，不是螞蟻，希望不是跳蚤。 床鋪執拾很整齊， 洗手間也清潔得很乾淨。 地理環境與JR站極近， 附近有四間便利店 非常便利。
