Super easy check in, digital key access, check out and free baggage storage. Clean room, great area of lisbon. Only complaint was the pullout sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable! Other than that it was all great and as expected.

The property was very convenient. The 4th floor view off of the terrace is great. The only thing we had an issue with was the AC units were too noisy at night. They were cold so that counts. Shower pressure was nice and strong. Check in and check out is straight forward. And luggage lockers for early arrivals are available in the lobby. I would use Libere again. Rua da Rosa has great restaurants.

I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean welcoming. They left us a little welcome gift. There was a little patio so my husband could smoke. It was a really nice size that had two bathrooms and all the amenities close to everything. The staff was really nice. We needed a Plug for our cell phones and they provided that whenever we need the taxi, they would call one love the area. We will stay there again.

We asked for a room without stairs as I was traveling with my 83 year old mother. The room we were first given had 3-4 stairs down to the room with no handrail on the wall. We moved to a handicapped accessible room which was amazing! Unfortunately we had a nightly leak from either the dishwasher or the water tank and had to put towels down on the floor. My mother almost slipped on the floor our first night as we were not made aware of the leak! We had a ground floor balcony which was lovely. The staff were great and there were many lovely restaurants and nice shopping in the area. All in all it was a great stay and I would strongly recommend this property to fellow travellers.

It’s located close to tram and a park with beautiful view of Lisbon lower city. Very walkable to many historic sites of the city. I love the convenience of self check in and being able to access the room by either a PIN code or by the app on my phone.

The apartment matched the photos and description. The only reason I am giving 4 stars on staff is that … there is little human contact with staff. We did meet two porters in the structure, in day time, who were very nice and very helpful, but you always feel like you might have to rely on WhatsApp messages with people in Spain, who coordinate things like even check in. That said, we didn’t need anything in particular and the space was great.

Poor stay and misleading room descriptions

Misleading photos and property description. I thought I was booking a high floor room with a terrace overlook of the city when in reality, they had booked me a ground floor apartment with little sunlight, and the "terrace" was a depressing interior courtyard with no privacy and no sunlight. Of course the property refused to do anything about it when I complained. Also, when I went to the bathroom at night, I almost slipped on a puddle of water that suddenly appeared between the bedroom and the bathroom. When I mention this to the front desk they said "oh yes, I've been meaning to ask maintenance to get that fixed." Apparently it was a leaky dishwasher. Also there was some loud noise at night coming from both the AC plus the water heater.

På plussiden: Leiligheten var stor, pen og veldig godt utstyrt, og beliggenheten er helt topp i Principe Real. Masse gode cafeer, restauranter og butikker rett i nærheten og utsiktspunktet Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara er rett ved. På minussiden: Dessverre luktet det av fukt i hele leiligheten, spesielt fra badet, og vi fant to store (!) kakerlakker på badet. Vi hadde med to tenåringer, som sov på sovesofa, og den var veldig ukomfortabel.
