A pleasant experience

Once checked in and parking of car managed, which was somewhat difficult, the location of the hotel was perfect just to the ancient city center. The personnel were very friendly and service minded. The rooms were simple but clean. Not to be recommended for disabled guests.

Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and cozy, I totally recommend visiting this hotel in Rouen. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely come to see Rouen’s cathedral that Monet painted beautifully and stay at Hotel Dandy. It is walking distance from the train station. I also recommend the art museum, which was actually free. It had a beautiful impressionist artwork. There is a trolley with a great tour in the old town. Loved it!

Correct et bien situé en centre ville Réception fermée a 21h et rue mal frequentee la nuit. Il semble que les chambres de l'annexe ne soient pas aussi bien que dans le bâtiments principal.

Ich habe in diesem freundlichen feinen Hotel, das derzeit noch weitere zwei Zimmer renoviert, meine Basis für eine Rundreise durch die Normandie gehabt. Gepäckdepot, Nachteincheck-Option, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr hilfreiches Personal. Das Hotelchen liegt direkt im Zentrum, umgeben von Bars und hat kleine individuell nostalgisch renovierte Zimmer. Gerne empfehle ich es weiter.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and informative. The hotel is between the train station and old town. It is easy walking to all major services, museums and historical sites. There a LOT of interesting shops and cafes nearby. Breakfasts were lovely.

GREAT LOCATION

PARKING IS BY METER, BUT AT 7PM-9AM IT IS FREE. HOTEL WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE OWNER WAS ON SITE AND VERY EASY TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. ROOM WAS INEXPENSIVE YET MUCH BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED. AND NICE BED- WE SLEPT IN!

Bufff…viejo e incómodo.

Problemas para llegar al hotel porque es zona peatonal y los bolardos retráctiles impiden el lado del coche. El encargado del hotel de malos modos salió para abrirnos paso. Trato decepcionante. Hotel con muebles que parecen antiguos pero simplemente son viejos. Bañera con cortinillas…higiene más que dudosa. Desayuno en sala apretada donde entras en la silla molestando al de al dado.

Chambre confortable et lumineuse au 4e étage. Le ventilateur a permis de faire légèrement descendre la température dans la chambre durant cette période de forte chaleur sur Rouen. Hotel le Dandy... Je dirais plutôt le vieux beau... Decoration datée, serviette de toilette elimee et trouée... Et lit fait avec une couverture... Je n'avais plus vu ça depuis des années. Sinon hôtel bien situé, l'accueil est agréable, propreté satisfaisante mais il faudrait changer le rideau de douche...

Hôtel très bien situé permettant de découvrir le centre historique de Rouen à pied. Accueil sympathique. Toutefois il vaut mieux avoir une réservation à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Celui-ci donne sur les rues piétonnes un peu bruyantes en cette saison.

Hötel agréable et très bien situé

le patron de l'hôtel est fort aimable et sait communiquer avec ses clients. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable au début de la ville historique, et à quelques 600 m de la gare. La chambres est confortable, la salle de bain bien équipée et de bonne taille, mais pour un séjour professionnel, une partie du mobilier n'est pas très fonctionnel pour travailler, et surtout la connexion wifi est déficiente. Ce dernier point est à améliorer.
