Nice breakfast and one table on small balcony on water that was a great photo opportunity. Close to Ca’ D’ Oro water bus stop which was only 4 stops from train station. In cute area with newspaper stand and market around the corner. Cute room with great shower. Only 15 minutes to St Marks square.

The hotel is in the perfect place to walk to all of the famous attractions as well as an easy spot to catch the water bus. With just a few rooms, it feels like an intimate getaway from the crowds. Breakfast was a great beginning to each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a sweet view of the canal.

Superb little boutique hotel!

Absolutely fabulous! Our room was stunning, beautifully decorated overlooking the canal. Very comfortable queen size bed. Very nice bathroom with great shower. Really lovely continental breakfast in the morning. Would recommend in a heartbeat and will certainly be back next time in Venice. Thank you so much.

Our room was clean, nicely decorated and cozy with all the neccessary amenities. Aircon is cool, a perfect place to relax after exploring Venice. A coop just few step away and delicious restos with the area. Walkable to tourist spots the rialto area and san marco square. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. A good start for the day. Love its coziness and ambience. 👍👍👍

We had an amazing stay here. Great location for everything and really quiet. The hotel was perfect in every way. We had a canal room and exceptional. Very clean and in good condition. There was access to a coffee machine in the breakfast room if required during the day. Breakfast was very good with lots available. My daughter especially enjoyed the apple turnovers! Great coffee made and nothing was too much trouble. The balcony was a great extra and gondolas would come by. There is a local small supermarket nearby great for provisions like water each day. A fruit stall and many small bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. All away from the tourist madness and perfect for peace and quiet. On a good side for the Murano/Burano ferry. Perfect stay and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Stayed for just one night and location was great for making the most of my time, being just a short walking distance from many of the city's main attractions. The staff were also very accommodating about storing my luggage. I was in a room right next to the main entrance, which I thought might be too noisy, but it was absolutely fine during the night (although there were some loud deliveries outside in the morning). Everything was clean and beautifully presented and I would happily stay there again!

Fantastic, excellent. Tucked away in a lovely part of Venice is this little gem of a hotel. The staff made this stay one of the most pleasant stays we have had anywhere. Unfortunately we forgot the name of the lady but she and her daughter Sara were the kindest most wonderful people you could wish to meet. The hotel was immaculately clean, close to all the amenities but tucked away in a quiet street. The area felt safe and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, made even better by the lovely staff. There is a lovely balcony if you've been on your feet all day wandering around Venice, you can come back, help yourself to a coffee or tea and sit on the balcony taking in the quiet peaceful Venetian surroundings. Just wonderful. Grazie Mille!

Quiet retreat in Venice

This was such a little gem in the craziness that can be Venice! It was a clean comfortable bed with excellent air conditioning in a quiet neighborhood area. We felt like it gave us the relaxation we needed to thorougly enjoy our time in Venice. The morning breakfasts aere wonderful, especially if you ate at the little open air table.
