If you can live with bare minimum necessities, then this accommodation will do the job.
Victoria, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

It needed a brush and pan to keep the floor clean but apart from that it was good

these units are good, property still has units being completed but in a great spot over the road from beach.close to shops as well.has a great laundromat down the road called wash casa..as an older person i didnt like the full glass wall in bed room that didnt have any inside support across glass for safety that aside it was okay place

Great value for those out and about

I had the smallest unit. Had everything I needed. Very clean. No view. I would book again.

Area is quiet, with a Coles Express just across the road. Each unit has its own parking spot, and rooms have their own AC, microwave, fridge, toaster, TV. Linens and towels provided. Overall clean, especially the bed and bathroom. Corners were a bit dusty but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't fix.

The property was situated in a great location pretty much on the beach!! It had a Cole’s convenience just opposite which was great. For the price we paid - we got a bargain for a weekend of exploring. Though, downside are in the small units, walls are very thin so was awoken both nights by our neighbours at early hours in the morning. Our main unit door did not lock properly from the inside - but fine from the outside. Great ameneties within the unit, including microwave, toaster, fridge, tea, coffee and large TV. Great size shower too and towels provided!
Erin, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The property needed some grounds maintenance (weeding, whipper snipping areas), parking areas very rough. No lighting when walking to room can be a trip hazard. Room was clean but cobwebs in doorway, around bathroom window. No face washes were provided and only 1 towel each for 2 days for 2 adults. Only had a little bin and nowhere to empty or recycle items.
Tina, 2-night trip

2/5 There wasn’t enough towels provided Need better quality pillows Tv wasn’t working correctly ( didn’t have clear picture) Needed a bath mat A mop or a brush to clean the floor as we bought in all of the stuff from outside Also needed spare sheets The picture on the wall fell off overnight and hit me in the head. Needed a bigger bin and a stove to cook food. Would have liked somewhere to sit other than the bed to eat food. We had to eat our food in the bed which had crumbs in it at the end. There was also some trouble getting out as the cars from the other accommodation didn’t move over enough so we couldn’t get out. But it was easy to get into the property and the map was very helpful

Cabins were really small and with them facing each other I didn’t feel that there was any privacy. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check-in was great. The road to get out was closed off but I didn’t know, there were big potholes on the edge of the road leading to the cabins and I had two piles of stones just beside my car park. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Leesa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location, clean apartment. Drive-way to cabin was terrible and had piles of stones/dirt just in front of direct car space for cabin. The cabin was very small and compact. Felt nervous in the master upstairs as you could feel the dip where the overhang came, used the other bathroom instead of onsite. I probably won’t stay here again.
Leesa, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

A shame about the neighbours.

As it is a new development. The site is rather sterile. Not a plant in sight. The rooms are clean with excellent facilities including toaster, jug and microwave. Sadly the microwave in my room didn’t work. The walls must be thin because a noisy argument from the adjoining unit woke me at 3am and they continued slamming doors until almost 5am.
Chris, 1-night trip

Neat, tidy weather wet so drive ways puddles and water come in under door
Olivia, 1-night trip

From arrival to departure same towels and bedding for 6 night stay.

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean, lots of double and single units, with kitchen and washing machine. Quiet area, easy walk to children’s beach. Would stay again.
Janette, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location, the price and the safety of this property made it a good place to stay so we could enjoy the Peninsula. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a wardrobe to hang your clothes in. The basic apartment we were in needs a good paint job but it is on the list to be done so that’s excellent. The only thing missing is Wifi and a dvd player
Pauline, 4-night trip

Where i park my car was too narrow
Margaret, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Basic accomodation so didn’t expect too much. Overall, clean and tidy. The only thing that could be improved is having a mattress protector and topper on the bed. You could feel the springs which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Bryce, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Nowhere to hang clothes. No underlay under sheet. No soap holder in Shower. Ants Front door rattles all night No second pillow
Ross, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Poor maintenance on property. No oven, missing knobs . No mirror in bathroom or anywhere, grimey hand prints on glass doors you could see coming up to property made me dry retch. No handrail on steps or decking. Uncomfortable beds ,too much light in morning in bedrooms due to ill fitting curtains. Outside looks like a caravan camping dump. More greenery might give the place a lift otherwise not welcoming at all.
A, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were so helpful & accomodating. Nothing was an issue at all. Room was clean & tidy. New fresh bathrooms were fantastic & shower head was powerful & relaxing. Beach was just across the road & easy to get to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayside & would highly recommend. Gr8 value for money.
