Comfort in stunning surroundings

We opted for a 2-bedroom chalet with kitchenette and found it suited us perfectly. It was comfortable and good value considering its location in the magnificent Flinders Ranges. We ate dinner at the restaurant once and found it very good, as was the daily breakfast there. The pool is an welcome added bonus.

A two night stay enabled a great experience of what Wilpena could offer. From the Gorges tour to the Sacred Valley, wonderful and informative guides, spotting wildlife, excellent meals, friendly staff and a comfortable room - we will be back to do more

Wilpena Pound Resort is legendary for a reason. It's in an amazing location, with a wealth of different accommodation options. We stayed in the 'safari' tents, which exceeded my expectations. As it was peak summer, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, it was a huge relief to come back to an air-conditioned room, with access to a high quality bathroom.

Our aroona room was basic and a bit dated. The shower worked well though and the toiletries were wonderful. Thankyou for the options to make our own healthy breakfasts but work on hot brekki options. A bit of creativity in options will make for a great morning start.

Great area to stat just needs a bit of TLC

I have stayed there 2 times before the room was fined dirty cups in the cupboard there were seeds from a lemon or orange on the bench so hadn't been cleaned very well the shower curtains need replacing bed was comfortable the TV didnt work at all and no internet connection available
