Basic but clean and friendly.

Everything needed for a business hotel stay. It was very basic but clean, the staff were friendly and it was convenient. The only thing that goes against it was the pre arrival information on Hotels.com - the reception is open 24/7 not up until 10.30pm as stated, this caused us a bit of worrying when we took an while to get out of the airport but there wasn’t a problem.

Room was spacious and basic but very clean. We only needed one night there to be near the airport for a 6am flight and just wanted to get some sleep, but that didn’t happen. Others on our floor decided to slam doors, talk very loudly and smoke heavily until after midnight so two hours of sleep was all we got!

If you're booking this hotel for COSMOPROF, beware, to factor in at least half an hour, if not 45 minutes in the mornings, to just find a taxi and a further half an hour to get to the exhibition. The rooms at the hotel are tired and inconsistent. We had booked 2 rooms, for myself and my colleague, no bottled water or towels in my colleagues room, nor a telephone to contact reception. Poor internet connection so not suitable for doing any work. But worst of all was arriving in Bologna, Central Train Station, no taxi, and having to take a 30 minute bus journey, to be dropped off a 10 minute walk from the hotel, in pitch dark, and pulling luggage in the streets for 10 minutes to get to hotel and then walk a further 10 minutes to get to nearest restaurant. We give 5* to the night and day reception staff as well as the breakfast room staff as they were wonderful and made our stay very welcoming so a BIG thank you to them.

It was so far away from the city centre and transportation limits the night hours. Also except for one cool person the staff didn't know English and they didn't even bother to tell me that I needed a code to enter the building at night.

Alla reception, persone cordiali e molto disponibili. Insonorizzazione delle stanze molto molto scarsa, sì sentono le porte aprire e chiudersi e molto le voci. Pulizia molto scarsa delle stanze e dei bagni. La biancheria del letto presentava dei buchi. Trovo che per lo stato in cui si trova l’hotel e la polizia debba costare almeno 30 € in meno a notte.

la chambre était ok. mais tout l'hôtel est sale. des poubelles débordantes sous mes fenêtres. l'hôtel est isolé il n'y a rien pour acheter des produits de base. et surtout, la dame de la réception, désagréable, antipathique au possible et ne pas compter sur elle en cas de problème. apparemment elle n'aime pas les touristes. hôtel à éviter!

Linen nice and clean, bed comfortable. Fridge didn’t work, no plug in bidet, shower filled up as the drain was blocked, and debris started coming out. To call it basic would be an understatement, it was like a prison cell, not even a drinking glass. Brown smears on bathroom wall (I hope it was chocolate but didn’t investigate further!) overpriced at 71€ p night. Either start cleaning the place or charge 30€ p night!

The rooms does not meet standard. Not worth the money paid. The place is only 5mins from the airport and ask the hotel to prebook you taxi they charge me a ridiculous prices. I will rather stay far 💯 and get a genuine cab and not a rip off because you're a tourist as i was charge €24 for 5mins journey.

Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, un plauso a tutti i dipendenti della struttura che sono il pilastro di questa struttura e di questa recensione, pulizia della camera eccellente bravi, reception 2 ragazzi e 1 ragazza cordiali e professionali, cameriere alle colazioni brave cordiali e simpatiche, colazione sopra la media con prodotti dal dolce al salato. Detto queste cose positive andiamo a quelle un po' negative, che considerando il prezzo che ho pagato le sto mettendo nei titoli di coda, ma prima visto che sono nel settore da quasi 30 anni vorrei dare dei consigli alla direzione/proprietà Se avete un manutentore bene oppure dovrete assumerlo necessariamente per dare un lifting una camera alla volta (senza svenarsi economicamente) soprattutto cercando di insonorizzarle, sostituire almeno l'armadio con uno piccolo ma nuovo e funzionale inoltre so che ci sono clienti maleducati ma installare dei sistemi per vietare severamente di fumare in camera.
