The hotel was exceptionally welcoming and impressed us with its high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics. The location is convenient, with a short and pleasant walk to City Square, where we could explore local shops, cafés, and attractions. The area surrounding the hotel was calm, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hot dishes. However, our group missed bacon and a wider selection of toppings, such as more types of cheese and cold cuts. Despite this, the service during breakfast was impeccable, with staff ensuring the tables were always tidy and well-stocked. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others seeking comfort and a great location.

Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow
