A couple of days in Petoskey

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Grounds were well-kept. We enjoyed using the fire pit on a cool evening. Good location; thought it might be noisy being right on a busy road, but that was not the case. Only issue was a lot of peeling paint in the shower area; the fan cannot keep up with the moisture from the shower. Would stay here again .

Fantastic stay at this B&B - 10/10. We can’t say enough good things about the inn and service. The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was delicious. If you’re in the area, skip the hotels and stay here!

Absolutely the worst service and the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in. We ended up leaving and driving five hours back home because it was so bad. Don’t let the pretty interior fool you, it’s crap! It’s noisy, thin walls, and our money was not refunded! Would not recommend this place ever!

The room floor appeared to be clean. So it’s being swept, but not washed. I spilled some water in front of the fridge and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was virtually dark brown after that.
