This low cost hotel in the very centre of Sydney is excellent value. The area is a bit odd & a bit noisy, but I found it safe. For me, it was brilliant to get to & from the airport (in 10 minutes). Modest and clean room but great value.

Comfortable bed good air conditioning. The bathroom was fine but the shower wasn't draining properly. I had to ask the cleaner to use drano to clear it. The room had small cockroaches which are common in Sydney CBD. The hotel is a late night poker machine venue, so a lot of dodgy people about. I don 't think I would stay there again

This hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from Central Sydney Station and a tram stop, in a walking distance to China Town and even the city center. There is a rather noisy pub downstairs. My room had only the basic equipment and rather shabby. However, bed was O.K. and so was the bathroom. Free WiFi worked well. Staff was polite and did their best to be helpful.

Location is good and within 1km of shopping areas. The area feels safe and good neighborhoods. Good eat close by. Unfortunately, rooms are really run down and my aircon didn't function all night. The staff tried fixing it with no success and I was not offered any compensation. Renovation is really needed guys. Thanks.

I liked that it was old but it was extremely noisy all night long & i had a spotlight shining directly into my room. Room was hot even with the aircon. The shower was awesome. The bar staff were very unpleasant & didn't have any friendlyness at all! Very basic room & over priced.

The room was filthy with dust build up everywhere , i doubt its ever been cleaned properly. The smell was unbearable , if you have allergies you will probably die !. Window was sealed shut so no fresh air and i wasn't game to use the air conditioner as the vents have never been cleaned and were absolutely full of dust.
