Overall my stay was quite good. The online check in was slightly confusing but I worked it out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was very good for the location. I'll would stay here again.

The fact that we spent nearly an hour, after numerous phone calls that went unanswered trying to access the room and would be still there waiting if the maintenance worker didn't come and sort it out for us. It’s a basic set up, but does the job of all you need is a bed and a shower, but keep the bathroom door closed or you’ll be up for a hefty fine if your shower steam sets off the alarm. Only vending machines for food, but there’s a servo and Maccas across Lutwyche Rd. No lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. My room had a funky smell, but with the window open or aircon on it helped.

The toilets have no proper way to eliminate the water on the floor. It gets flooded very easily. No customer service onsite. I received a message asking me to remove my car from the front door, which it wasnt mine. No room service to clean the room or to change the towels. It wasnt a good experience. The only positive was the location which served my needs.
