This hotel needs a complete makeover the drain in the shower wasn’t working, the wifi didn’t Connect, the breakfast was served in plastic and there was no recycling options.

The hotel is walking distance from the terminal bus station which was a plus. There are restruant just on the side of hotel.pharmacy, convience store are right around the corner.The air conditioner is very cool.I like that it has an extra latch to lock door from the inside to be safer

2 of 3 rooms had trash on the floor from previous customers. 1 of the 3 had the toilet completely movable (not sealed to the floor) and would clog easily. We had to inform the front desk three times of the clogs before they even offered to send maintenance. We stayed there for 4 nights 5 days so that was extremely inconvenient and we obviously demanded a room change after the 3rd occurrence. We previously requested a room change but were turned down because of room availability. Overall we definitely were disappointed and would never return to this hotel nor the line itself.

When we arrived the people at the front desk were rude and pressuring us to get another room for my little kid. I told them I was not comfortable having him be in a different room and they insisted that I had to pay extra if he stayed in the same room. It’s crazy how they tried to charge for everything. The lights were not working on our room. It smelled horrible. The AC was not working. It was honestly terrible.
