This was a great base for a weeklong stay in Roma Norte. Bedrooms were spacious however one of the 3 had an internal window. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room table was very unsteady/wobbly and one of the dining room chairs broke when .we sat on them. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Having did this the property worked for us and we would happily book again.

The deluxe apartment at Caliza Roma was perfect for our group of 7! Clean, spacious and well designed! Loved the open living and kitchen area so we could all be together y t. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Relatively central location which made getting around pretty easy. It can be a bit noisy particularly at night but there are earplugs available on request. Another g thing to note is that there is no air conditioning (I believe this is fairly common with).

Great for a California Family of three!

Myself, my partner, and our two year old stayed in apartment 303, a family room. Great location and it was really nice to have the extra space and a kitchen and laundry machine. they also had a water filter. I requested a crib, which was high quality. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and I got a nice massage in the 2nd floor spa. They were very responsive on Whatsapp and everyone spoke English which was helpful since our Spanish is not very good. The only issue we had was street noise - it got really loud sometimes, so bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper or have a baby.

I reserved for a full week’s stay, but on the fourth night, my sister and I couldn't open the in-room safe, which held a large sum of money and our passports. In a panic, we tried to contact the front desk but got no response. After about 30 minutes, I finally reached someone and requested the safe be opened. It was unlocked manually, and all of our money was stolen. We had room cleaning at 1 PM, which was when a stranger entered our room. We contacted the manager, who accused us of misplacing our money, laughed at us, and showed no concern for our safety. We contacted police enforcement and the officer confirmed the intruder stole our money and told us to file a report in person. That night, we barricaded the doors and stayed awake, fearing the worst. The next day, the manger insisted only she or the code setter could open the safe. I told her she must have opened it and taken the money, and she threatened to call the police. My lawyer requested access to security footage, but the manager denied it, claiming it could only be accessed with a warrant. My sister spoke to the manager’s superior, but the superior dismissed the issue. I reached out to Expedia multiple times, but the front desk claimed they received no communication, despite showing me a call log with missed calls. A police report was filed. I strongly urge you to reconsider staying here for your safety.

Buen lugar pero no me volveria a hospedar.

El lugar es muy bueno para quedarse, es una excelente zona (segura, muchas opciones para comer, hacer compras, etc), las instalaciones son tambien excelentes son departamentos muy comodos, limpios y bonitos. Todo eso es de 10 pero por un detalle muy importante no me volveria a hospedar jamas... Para entrar al lugar (por fuera) hay que meter un codigo pero para salir del lugar hay que girar la puerta a lado izquierdo ya que si la giran a la derecha la puerta se bloquea y tal fue el caso que la puerta se bloqueo y cuando quisimos salir mi familia y yo no podiamos porque la puerta estaba bloqueada y no habia asistencia de ninguna persona en la recepción (cuando se supone que si eran horas de que hubiera alguien) porque para esto no hay asistencia 24/7... La verdad es que pasamos por momentos de ansiedad muy grandes porque duramos muchoooo tiempo en poder salir del apartamento debido a que la puerta estaba bloqueada y tuvimos que salir por una puerta al costado y abrimos por nuestra cuenta una cortina... Me hizo cuestionarme en caso de una emergencia un incendio o un temblor (algo muy comun en cdmx y mas en esa colonia) ahi nos dejarian atorados por su puerta ineficiente... Se me hizo un riesgo muy muy grande. Tambien algo horrible su check out a las 10am... Fatal!!!!

Overall, the property and room were great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there were no TVs in the rooms, and the TV that was in the living room did not have local channels. I would have loved to see local news or any local channels. Also, there were no trash cans in the rooms. The only trash cans were in the bathroom and kitchen. I would also suggest that if the room is booked for more than three days, the trash should be removed and fresh towels should be replaced.

La propieda está muy bien ubicada, justo al lado de la Glorieta de Insurgentes. Puedes accesar fácilmente a la parada de Metro o de Metrobus. La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Los anfitriones están siempre en la recepción y son muy amables. Hay cámaras en las áreas comunes. Los alrededores son muy concurridos pero muy seguros. Los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario para hospedarse sin ninguna necesidad adicional. A mi familia y a mi nos encantó hospedarnos en esta ubicación. Sin duda, regresaríamos.

The property is beautiful, clean, conveniently located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my family of 5 including a small child and we all loved our stay. The only thing is the noise at night and early in the morning but I personally don’t mind and it didn't stop us from sleeping well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Location of the property was excellent, a little noisy from the hussle and bustle of the city but overall good. We loved that it was walking distance from a lot of delicious eateries. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the linen and towels. Linen was stained and towels didn’t smell fresh as they should have.

Let’s start with the one thing my wife mentioned: it was a little loud. For me and my kids, no issues. If you’re sensitive to this then they provide ear plugs an and we used a white noise machine, and this did the trick. As far as plusses go, there are many categories: the staff was seriously helpful. They all speak English well and had many recommendations which we took a few of them and they did not disappoint. The property itself is really cute. There is really nothing I would change about it. I just hope we get similar places for this reasonable price on future trips. There are actually much fancier places in the area, but you pay for real. So I consider this budget friendly luxury. Finally, the neighborhood is shopping, dining, culture, music, art, culture, hipster central. It reminds me of a slightly grittier west village or maybe less grittier mission district in San Francisco. I honestly think discovery and astonishment per square acre is much higher than both neighborhoods plus great places to stay. Overall, I really can’t say enough!

Great experience not only with the place but also with the staff and their great service and communication. I had an issue where I had to travel a day late and there were no issues with my family checking in and just updating them once i arrived. Great location to walk from and centrally located. Also very comfortable beds and had all the amenities even washer/dryer.

Great location and very nice apartment. Has everything you need to stay in or go out. Include combo washer/dryer, filtered tap water suitable for drinking, smart tv if you want a qyiet night in. Bedding and towels were very nice and good quality. Internet is very fast. Lots of great $$$$ restaurants in the area and also fantastic $ street food vendors just outside. Mexico City is a noisy place and the updated windows do their best to keep the noisy city out, but the hotel offers ear plugs as well. No air conditioning, but crank the fans up at night will keep you cool.
