A safe and spacious townhouse with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds and lounge. Supplies and utensils are basic. Guests should bringing their own detergents and toiletries.

The first apartment they put us in had a shower over bath. This is not acceptable because of my medical conditions and they did assure us that we had a walk in shower. They put us in another apartment which was quite good. Then we had to move to another suite for the last night so most of our last day was moving to another building.

The unit was nice and spacious. However, the noise from above unit was not ideal and when you sleep in a different bed, you expect it to be comfortable (as this is the most important thing). Family break away.

Townhouse at Ramada Whale Cove was adequate for our stay. Didn't like the fact though that garage entrance door and main timber entrance door don't have any insect screening into home and not sealed well to prevent cockroachs entering the living spaces. We had the buffet breakfast offered at Smokey Joes, it was dissapointing to us adults, kids didn't notice with their basic breakfast choosing. Pastries were undercooked, chewy and tasteless, bacon wasn't cooked well. Pancakes flat and flavourless. More like a flat crepe in texture. The one and only poached egg left in the container for myself at the time was cold but cooked well. Overall very average for what we expected from the Ramada. Family was dissapointed also that the children couldn't ride their small bikes inside the property grounds near our townhouse. Wouldn't stay at Whale Cove again as not very family friendly and basic overall.

Empfehlenswertes Apartment

Das Apartment ist erneut Teil einer Anlage, in der auch Leute fest wohnen. Das Apartment 45 lag im 1. OG, nicht barrierefrei. Es war alles in der großen Küche vorhanden was man braucht. Insgesamt 6 Betten (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und eine Schlafcouch, jeweiils in getrennten Räumen), allerdings nur 1 Bad, dies aber mit 2 Türen, was bei 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vielleicht noch funktioniert, bei vier Erwachsenen aber durchaus für Probleme sorgen könnte. Die Möbel waren aufeinander abgestimmt, kein wildes Zusammengewürfel. Insgesamt 3 Fernseher. Alles sehr sauber. Der Balkon geht zum schön gestalteten Innenbereich mit Pool raus. Carport vorhanden.

Very disappointed. Hope this place because it had a pool and a spa. Nowhere on the website or booking conditions or any email did they inform me that the pool and spa are currently under renovations made disappointing trip particularly book this place for the extra large size pool.. Unit was perfectly spacious. Did have any internal laundry which was great after travelling for quite a few days units a little out of town about a 20 minute walk to town close to Marina and cafes though. Would’ve appreciated a heads up for some sort of communication regarding the pool be closed and even an offset of some sort of credit towards the booking.
