Fantastic place to stay when visiting the falls! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. We had dinner there twice during our stay and both times the food exceeded our expectations in quality, variety, and flavor! There were a couple of evening events while we were there including live music near the pool and a karaoke party. We golfed one day and felt like we had the course all to ourselves. For the location, it was a really fun course to play. The rental clubs were a bit rough but we enjoyed just the same. Great home base for Foz do Iguazu!

First of all, this property is beautiful, and the staff are nice. However, they can barely speak english. This was really annoying. Secondly, the food options are not only limited, but they are not healthy and delicious. Bad news is the place is in no where so you cant order food by uber or etc. Also, breakfast is sth repetitive. Fresh cooking breakfast also serve if you know Portuguese. Thirdly, if you get taxi from hotel, you need to pay the taxi by cash! It is really annoying. You cant use your credit card. Fourthly, Internet is awful. I dont know why they have such a weak Internet connection in their hotel. Fifthly, pay attention to the bill. If you dont read the bill, they will charge you extra. Totally, I dont believe that this place is a 5 star hotel. Best case scenario 3 is enough.

Falta de receptividade pelos couriers na chega (3 pessoas conversando, sem prestar direcionamento. Somente 1 senhor mostrou onde era a entrada da recepção, a qual é MUITO mal sinalizada em função das obras). Falta de receptividade e cordialidade no checkin. Não houve auxílio com malas, tão pouco direcionamento das atividades do hotel (chegada às 19:00. Moça atendendo na recepção). Bebidas não estavam nem ao menos sequer próximas de estarem geladas durante o jantar. (Cerveja e refrigerante). Ao acordarmos de manhã, achamos um piolho de cobra no meu travesseiro, conforme foto e vídeo em anexo. O quarto de casal tinha 4 travesseiros, os quais são finos e se deformam facilmente; além de somente um cobertor. Solicitamos no segundo dia da nossa estadia uma adição de travesseiros e mais um cobertor, mas sem sucesso. Esperamos 40 minutos desde a primeira tentativa. Ligamos novamente a recepção, mas nada foi feito. O Wi-Fi do quarto tinha uma conexão extremamente instável (ficamos na casa 06). Todas as vezes caía e precisamos fazer o cadastro novamente. Temos a operadora Vivo, a qual não pega muito bem nas áreas do hotel, ou seja, ficamos com conexão restrita e instável Chegamos a ficar em outro hotel em Foz, mas optamos por mudar para o Wish para testarmos a experiência, uma vez que as fotos mostram uma boa estrutura. De fato, o hotel é muito bonito, mas bixos na cama, atendimento sem cordialidade e falta de execução nas promessas nos fizeram reconsiderar a nossa decisão.
