The staff was phenomenal! The front desk worked very hard to accommodate us for check in and assistance in arranging pick up at the train station for our arrival. This hotel is very new and clean comparing to other hotels I have stayed at Milan. It’s 15 minutes walk to city center, if you can’t catch a cab you can just walk back from the city center. I enjoyed my stay during my trip of Milan marathon. If you prefer a newer build hotel with great and easy breakfast offered, this is a great choice!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located close to Milan's city center, with easy access via nearby trams (also to the central train station). There are plenty of restaurants in the area, which made dining out simple and enjoyable. The hotel is new. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel bar prices are expensive. There is a supermarket across the street. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan!
