Exceptional!

Truly exceptional property in the town center. Our room overlooking the fountain was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Staff were gracious and made us welcome. We are far from athletes but managed stairs to first floor with no trouble.

Different room to the photo on Application

The room that they have give to us was not same as on the photo in the Hotels.com website. We choose the room Luxury Double Room, which was good in the photo so we choose it. But when we went in for the first time is was smaller and not luxury Double room as they said on the app. Also, entrance is very hard to find. You have to go into side alley, we had to ask cafe owner, even though we can go through the cafe they told us to go the side alley.
This is room we actually stayed.

Great location right on a pedestrian plaza. The rooms were immaculate and nicely furnished. Parking was under construction, but we were afforded front door parking for our motorcycles. Only difficulty was finding the parking. GPS navigation called for driving up the pedestrian plaza, vice the road behind hotel.

מאכזב

הזמנו מראש חדר זוגי משודרג כשהגענו למלון נאמר לנו שאין חדרים זוגיים אלא רק מיטות נפרדות, כל אחת בפינה אחרת של בחדר . החדר עצמו לא מזכיר אפילו את החדר בתמונות. שטיחים מלוכלכים, חדר אמבטיה מיושן, ממש לא חדר ״דלוקס״ שהוזמן. אפילו בקבלה אישרו לנו שהחדר שבתמונות הוא הסויטה ולא החדר שהזמנו . רק לאחר התערבות של הוטלס הסכימו להחליף לנו חדר. לא ממליצה על המלון ולא על השירות. היתרון היחיד הוא המיקום במרכז העיר.

Egy nap az Arcade-ban.

Nagyon szép helyen, a főtéren található a szállás, a szobánk is arra nézett. A szoba hatalmas, tiszta, nagyon kényelmes ágymatraccal. Nagyon finom a reggeli és megfelelően választékos. Sajnos lift nincs és légkondícionáló helyett ventillátor segíti a melegtől való enyhülést. Az épület ódon, így a falak vastagak, így a nagyon meleg is könyebben elviselhető ventillátorral. Ami kis kellemetlenséget okozott, hogy a szobában lévő vízforraló nem működött, mert nagy kávéivók vagyunk, és nagyon jó lett volna használni. A szálloda parkolója kicsit messze van a szállótól.

Historic building, quiet rear courtyard

Historic building reconstructed, clean, modern with some historical finishes remaining. High ceilings. Rear courtyard was quiet I was able to sleep with the window open. Didnt see air conditioning but a fan was already in the room. Room was spacious. Location of the hotel was very central. Decent breakfast, would return in the future.

Fantastic Hotel. All you want clean ,comfy.

The Arcade hotel is a lovely old building, the staff are friendly &helpful. The room we stayed in was clean,spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. It is situated in Banska town,we stayed during the christmas market and we heard minimal noise from the market. We will definatley be returning to hotel Arcade, a great place.
