Excellent Visit

Very eclectic place, but were welcoming and friendly. We were in Tarascon for a wedding, and found this place just 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Our room had accees to a long shared balkony that had beeen divided into individual sections with lots of greenery. It was facing the street, but it is quiet at night, and during the day, I enjoy a bit of life around me. This part of town does seem to be predominantly muslim, with a lot of people congrgating at the local coffee shops throughout the weekend. Overall, the premises are a bit run down, but very charming nonetheless. THe people working there (from receptionist to cleaners) were very approachable, helpful, and accommodating. They do not seem to get a lot of foreign guests, but tried very hard to communicate as best they could, and we got to the goal every single time. If I found myself in that area again, I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel des Artistes!

It’s a great place with a madame her dog and daughter.. the rooms are fun .. the location is fabulous to be able to visit so many places.. Tarascon itself with the castle, Beaucaire across the Rhône walking and great restaurants.. driving to Arles, St Remy, renting a bike anywhere.. Uze is close, Avignon, the Luberon.. etc…

Decepción

Es la segunda vez que escogemos este hotel, en esta ocasión con unos amigos. La recepción perfecta, las habitaciones bien, el desayuno correcto, todo perfecto como en la primera ocasión. Tuvimos un percance en el automóvil que nos obligó a tener que marchar sin disfrutar de la segunda noche. Aquí es donde encontramos a faltar cierto tacto de la propietaria, no tuvo ni el detalle de comentarnos si había posibilidad de guardar la habitación para una ocasión posterior, ni el detalle de ya que no me vas a ofrecer el reembolso de la noche que no voy a usar, y no está do lleno el hotel, por lo menos hubiera sido un detalle no cobrarnos el desayuno.En fin cada uno le va su establecimiento como mejor cree. Solemos subir a menudo a Avignon y a comprar vino a Chateaunef du Pape, tendremos que buscar otro alojamiento.

notre séjour à l'hôtel des artistes le 13/04/2024

Les deux problèmes sur cet hôtel en centre ville sont: le manque d'ascenseur, l'absence de parking privé, et surtout l'impossibilité de poser sa voiture pour décharger, il nous a fallu bloquer la circulation pour décharger la voiture ! Heureusement que nous étions deux! Nous avons été d'autant plus contrariés que la place de déchargement prévue était occupée par la voiture publicitaire de l'hôtel et que personne n'avait les clés.... Dans le centre ville, le stationnement est payant et très très compliqué. Pas de notice à disposition pour le fonctionnement du téléviseur et plus personne à l'accueil à l'heure où nous en avions besoin.

Un encanto de hotel

Un oasis en Tarascón, dentro de una población que está renovando, calles, edificios, etc. se encuentra este hotel que solo cruzar la puerta ya sientes como especial. En un edificio singular, una decoración acorde con el nombre del hotel, habitación perfecta, baños renovados e impecables, zona de desayuno y descanso excelente. Trato y amabilidad excepcional, vale la pena recomendar este hotel. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad.

雰囲気がとても素敵で、チェックイン時間を少し過ぎてしまうので連絡をした所、とても親切に対応してくれました。 駐車場も目の前にフリーの駐車場があり、通りは静かで快適でした。 朝食もゆっくり過ごさせていただき、朝食会場の雰囲気はまるでアートの世界のようでした。
