Its overall the best spot if you are coming to zurich university for a short stay , price is very good of course you can find cleaner spots or more comfortable spots but they are way more expensive and far from city center

Good value for money. Reminds me of student accommodation with shared bathroom. Toilets full of sick and blood. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very, very loud of a night time with people shouting. Digital check in is very challenging and time consuming.

Der Self checkin funktionierte, jedoch war das an Handy dann etwas fummelig und nicht ganz stressfrei bis dann die Bestätigung kam. Eingang zum Gebäude haben wir nicht direkt gefunden, denn es gibt 3 Gebäude. Innerhalb des Gebäudes war in den Gängen teilweise verschiedene Gegenstände zu finden, wie halbvolle Gläser, Aschenbecher, Handtücher und Kleidung die jemand auf den Balkon hängt. Das Zimmer stickig. Bei offenem Fenster starker Zigarettengeruch aufgrund der Asche auf dem Fenstersims. Das Bett war frisch bezogen. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Chegada ao imóvel desgastado de viagem sem qualquer possibilidade de entrar no imóvel por não terem fornecido código de entrada. Após contato virtual e abertura da por do imóvel não havia código para abrir cofre onde havia chave para entrar no apartamento m, novamente contato virtual. Tudo muito demorado. Estressante.

Vi besøgte Beta House i to nætter. Problemer med afhentning af nøgle ved ankomst. Hurtigt svar fra personalet på Whatsapp, så efter ca. 30 min fik vi vores værelse. Værelset var ok, men meget varmt. Generelt utroligt lydt, så alt kunne høres tydeligt (både aktivitet på gangene, værelser, toiletter mm.) – meget generende om natten især. Derudover havde en anden gæst muligvis fået tildelt vores værelse, så der blev taget i vores dør om aftenen. Det levede ikke op til hverken pris eller forventninger
