The best nights sleep on our almost 3 week trip to Switzerland and Italy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the pillows. Everything is clean and newly renovated. It’s feels luxury but for a great price. I would stay here again! Also The Bellano area was a nice place to stay, close to all the big areas. Loved being close to Varenna. The staff was incredible, so hospitable. We loved our morning breakfast.

Fantastic stay. The view was gorgeous and the staff was so kind. Definitely recommend as it is away from the crowd. The ferries are plentiful if you make sure to time your day well and it’s not too far from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel on the lake, many rooms with balconies over the water. Spotlessly clean, all new fixtures and furniture, one of the best and most comfortable beds I've slept in. Breakfast was amazing, omelettes freshly cooked for you and the best fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses not mention a variety of breads, croissants/cornettos and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff are amazing, friendly helpful and engaging. Loved this hotel and hated leaving. Cafes, restaurants, bars, laundry and supermarket 5 minutes walk away, just past the train station.

Love this boutique hotel for its personable servic

Initial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldn’t find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe. Thank you to the staff for your service!

Portier ved ankomst var ovenud venlig og tog imod os med den fineste klassiske service, som ellers kun opleves på steder som Savoy eller Ritz. A beautiful hotel in a great location next to the lake, Bellano is a nice town and the area is beautiful. The hotel staff is excellent and Jessica was super helpful with all the questions we had. Just a great place. We will be back.

I never write reviews but the staff was so amazing and helpful from the moment we walked in to our check out that I just had to write this review. I got my check out time confused and they were so nice about it, didn’t give me a hard time. They were even worry about us having breakfast or eating something before check out, the place is very clean and nice I would definitely return here if I come back to Italy. 10/10

El hotel está muy bonito justo enfrente del Lago de Como con balcones adornados de flores de colores que hacen la vista todavía más agradable. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda y el servicio en el hotel es excelente te hacen sentir en casa en todo momento! El hotel está a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren de Bellano.
