This place is perfect for a chilled out couples getaway. Aptly named The Hygge Out, it really emboidies all that is Hygge; from the clean asthetics and peaceful location to the 'back to basics' concept, albiet luxurious with the stove and hot tub being wood fired!
The owners were downright lovely. Communication beforehand was great. They gave clear instructions for how to find the location and of any extras we might be interested in. Upon arrival there were concise instructions for use of the stove, hot tub and big green egg as well as notes about the onsite shop and checkout procedure.
The pod itself was cosy and nicely furnished with everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, including the hottub and patio.
Being in the middle of nowhere, or so it felt, really gave us the opportunity to completely unwind and enjoy each others company. We will 100% visit again, thank you for a lovely stay.
