Tomtom suites was a unique find and we absolutely loved our stay there. Based in a cute little town called Beyoglu it was a stones throw away from some of the major tourst attractions like Galata Tower and Isteqlal Street; we would just step out of the hotel to explore the town and absolutely loved the experience. The building was an old nunnery and lot of thought was put into the decor / ambiance which added to the overall charm. The staff was extremely curteous and went an extra mile to facilitate the customers. The hotel had a Michelin Star restaurant serving delicious food, if you happen to be there please dont forget to make reservations for dinner. Breakfast and evening tea were complementary and we looked forward to it each day. The staff was extremely friendly and made it a point to remember our preferences to serve us better. Hope you get meet Gursoy Ersan at the front office, hes the bsst!

We had a great stay ( 5 nights), everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, which is rare in Istanbul. Breakfast was outstanding, the service impeccable (a big thank you to the two gentlemen that looked after us)and the views are amazing. Beautiful hotel with great service

On arrival we were warmly greeted and told we had been given a complimentary room upgrade. This put us in a superior room on the 3rd floor. Our room was enormous! High ceilings, huge windows and every practical aspect catered for. Bathroom was especially luxurious with giant bath tub, separate shower & Molten Brown toiletries as standard. Everything was extremely comfortable - the bed, pillows, towels that were a fantastic size and great at drying etc. Turn down service at night topped up water and included a chocolate for each of us. Whilst we were staying the restaurant was under renovation. This meant breakfast was served in room which the hotel proactively told us about in advance. What they served was generous but perhaps lacking in variety for a 5 night stay. On our first full day we came back to the room around 4-5pm for a quick rest. However with being immediately below the restaurant, we had constant drilling sound that was extremely loud. I mentioned to reception that evening that it was more disruptive than we'd expect and they were very apologetic. As way of apology they left us wine and fruit in our room. A lovely gesture which shows their levels of customer care. We didn't experience the same levels of noise after that. Hotel is on a quiet street. There is a school but we hardly heard anything from it. Thoroughly loved this hotel, including the location. Would happily return.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Breakfast was an occasion with the splendid view and the selection of food provided. The staff were extremely helpful and ready to assist as and when needed. We stayed here for 6 nights and it’s a absolutely good choice. The hotel is very sleek & clean, the room is very spacious & bright, the staffs r so friendly and they r trying the best to help u. The breakfast is the best quality We ever had, specially with Fuat’s experienced service. Also, 2 gentleman at front desk r so professional.by giving efficient tourism information We had a great time and will definitely comeback again !

A stunning hotel. A very large, clean and spacious room The staff is very kind, professional and cordial - helps with everything! The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to Istiklal Street. It is important to note that the access to the main street involves a relatively tough ascent on foot.

Beautifully renovated historic building in a quieter part of the City but walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are very large and bathrooms are modern with plenty of space. The staff really do go out of their way to accommodate you. This was our second stay here and on both occasions they made sure we could check into our rooms early. Also provided late checkout. Breakfast is excellent and served in rooftop restaurant with views out over the Bosphorus.

Best hotel in Istanbul. Exceeded expectations.

Simply the best. The people at Tomtom are masters of hospitality. Truly a 5-star accommodation: -Comfortable, spacious units. Best sleep we had all trip, large bathrooms, great mini bar, a pillow menu (!) -Incredible breakfast (can’t emphasize this enough, best we had all trip and the presentation truly makes you feel special) -The gentlemen at Nicole upstairs really set this experience apart, as well. The view from up there is exquisite (photos attached) and they cater to every need, expeditiously -The location. In a crazy, bustling city like Istanbul— Tomtom is situated in the best possible neighborhood. Tucked away from the fray, it’s convenient to get anywhere in the city and is so quiet/relaxing. The surrounding shops and restaurants were so cute, as well. I don’t know exactly when we’ll be back in Istanbul, but when we are, I know exactly where we’re staying: Tomtom Suites.

Tomtom suites is a fantastic hotel right next to the high street of Istanbul, İstiklal Cd. I’ve seen some negative reviews of difficulty getting to the hotel which requires some steep uphill/downhill walking, but this criticism is unfair as the entire city of Istanbul is full of hills and you’ll get a great leg workout regardless of where you stay. Speaking of the room itself, we’re fortunate enough to get upgraded three times thanks to booking though Expedia (we had VIP access through the site), the room is very spacious, clean, and comes with high quality toiletries (Molton Brown) as well. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, which doubles as their one Michelin starred restaurant Nicole in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and offers high quality pastries and cheeses. They’ll also make eggs to your liking, I had the omelette and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my entire middle eastern trip. They also give you a delicious salad and an assortment of homemade jams (loved the tomato paste!). Would definitely pick this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.
