"Au Lac Charner Hotel is a small boutique property a few minutes away from central Saigon. It is a very neat and friendly hotel where your wish becomes the command of the friendly staff. The rooms, while smallish, are well furnished and comfortable. The most endearing quality of this hotel is the pleasantness of the staff, especially Kent at the front desk and Lewis in the restaurants."

"Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room. "

The staff were some of the best I have experienced with always being willing to assist. An example was lending an umbrella when I first arrived and it had started pouring. There is a good selection of Vietnamese meals to try at the restaurant."

"This is my go to hotel when stopping over at Saigon airport. The airport shuttle to hotel was easy to find and conveniently waiting when I arrived. Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. Their English is excellent. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Bar on the roof offers a romantic view of the city. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again."
