It is incredibly noisy at all times - both night and day. Traffic - car horns, sirens, large groups of people - during the day. The night adds drunk people screaming. It is telling the property provides ear plugs on check-in. The WiFi on offer is very poor too. Slow and regularly disappears.

The elevator of the building is really small. My family and I had a lot of luggage, and there were a few stairs (up and down, and up again) to get to our room. The apartment was very clean and space was great for family of 5(all adults). Appliances could have been better since there was no microwave in our room. Communication with host/administrator was great.

Location ideal for everything Rome, tucked on mostly quiet side street. Property nicely appointed, very thankful for well functioning a/c during hot June weather. No more noisy than any boutique hotel in a major city. If you need silence all night you may need ear plugs from garbage truck, occasional passerby's talking loudly, but not bad. Felt secure, didn't see anyone else coming or going from building. Space was clean & roomy. Convenient little washer for clothes refresh. Main room darker , bedroom had two windows over alley street-- totally fine as escape from city bustle but close enough to walk 50 feet to Cafe, taxi, grocer, gelato.... Coliseum was 12-15 min walk, fountain 10 min, steps 12 min.... Property was easy to access & communicated checkin instructions well then followed up with what's app communication at check in. Door was a little tricky to learn at first--- it's blue one not silver. Bathroom sink did not drain, luckily had kitchen sink. Could have used another roll of toilet paper. Overall I would choose property again.

停電発生は仕方ないが、その緊急対応には不満。通常の問合せにはWhatsappとアプリだけ。緊急時の対応には全く不満で不安。間接的に身の危険さえも想定する事態。現に、ドア開け方取得に何回もWhatsapp、挙句画像送付して、、、別室でのドアロック開閉出来ない事象を他のゲストが救出、、、停電の初動には30分以上要し。 ホテルのコスト重視の経営は否定しないが、インフラ、保安、安全性の維持は基本義務。言葉やテキストでは無くスタッフ迅速対応が要件。

Lo mejor de todo es la comunicación con el host y la ubicación. Está muy cerca de la Vía del Corso en pleno centro y cerca a muchos puntos de interés por visitar. El departamento es cómodo, sin embargo pienso que sería importante una remodelación del piso de la ducha en la baño, la iluminación de las habitaciones y la cortina de cocina .. que hace que se vea un poco sucio el ambiente y obscuro. La administración siempre fue muy amable y atenta a cualquier requerimiento o consulta.
