Location is good, easy to access, a convenience stall is just opposite to the hotel. It's a matter of luck to look for a slot in its multi-storey carpark. The room is comfortable and reasonably big enough, The elevators are snail-liked slow. It's better to look for restaurants somewhere else than to have buffet dinner in their restaurant. Would be much more customer-need-oriented if the hot spring service could be provide until 1:00am. It's too early to close at 12:00midnight. Frontdesk staffs are nice.

駅から近く道路を隔ててローソンがあり、バス停もすぐ近くにあるのでこのホテルを選びました。 4泊して地獄巡りや臼杵にも足を伸ばし、秋の別府を堪能しました ホテルには今時に珍しく禁煙ルームと喫煙ルームがあります チェックイン時に禁煙ルームに変えていただき、山や海、鉄道が見える静かな部屋でくつろぎました 大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂があり、外国の方々も楽しんでいます 朝食ルームにはたくさんの人が押しかけましたが、席順など上手に誘導していました。 　別府の名物や自分で作るワッフル、茹で立ての麺類サラダ、ヨーグルトなど揃っていました テイクアウトのコーヒーもあります 部屋のバスルームの入り口に大きな段差があり、台などを置いてもらえたらありがたかったと思います。 浴衣やタオルはいつでも交換でき、アメニティも1階のアメニティバイキングに揃っています。 朝ごはんをバイキングから和定食にしてみましたが、少々物足りなかったです。 せっかく和風レストランにいるのに、お茶は自分で入れなければならず、外国人が困っていました 機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

外国人観光客が多く、チェックインに時間がかかったし、楽しみにしていた、温泉が改装中で残念でした。がお部屋からの景色は綺麗で、清掃も行き届き、朝食のバイキングも品数豊富で、良かったです。 ただ気になった事で、小さな子供達だけでのエレベーター利用する事を安全性の為に辞めた方が良いかと思いました。

中国人団体客が多かった印象です。 駅ちかなので、近辺の日帰り温泉も行きやすかったです。 ホテル内は、三階で小さい子が喜びそうなイベントをしており家族連れにはいいかもです。 また、洗濯機や乾燥機もたくさんあるから使いやすかったです。 担々麺のお店で食事しましたが、 濃厚で美味しかったのでおススメです！ 店員さんの気遣いも素晴らしかったです。 15階の部屋だったので、朝の風景も素晴らしかったです。

喫煙室を最上階の禁煙室にに変更して戴き広い部屋で 快適に過ごせました。 バイキングの種類も多くとても美味しい料理でした。 機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
